They gave us tiny glass bottles that were impossible to break unless you smashed them with a hammer. They wouldn't even break after throwing them hard against the wall. Also, I tried on a jumpsuit they made you wear that had 2 zippers on it, not sure why but they were both broken so I had to take it off and put a whole new one on. Overall, this was not a good experience. The staff that worked there didn't seem to care. She told us we had 30 minutes and she said "you can do, 5 or 10 minutes I really don't care." Like oh, okay cool. We went to ismash in sparks previously and I would absolutely recommend going there over this place. Really upset that we paid so much for such a terrible experience.

Then at 11:58am we ask if we can get started in the room and the girl working there just stares at us and tells that we are at the wrong location and we have to walk to the other side of the outlet mall. She then states that they have a 15 minute late policy so we only have five minutes to get there. We were with my elderly grandmother who can't walk very well. She got too tired on the walk over and couldn't make it to the escape room. So we paid for a spot that we couldn't do. I can't fathom why the employee would just let us wait at the location for 10 minutes and only tell us we were in the wrong place when we asked to get started. **I'll note that the two gentlemen at the second location were very nice and professional. You can have a minimum of two people and maybe up to eight, so there would be four on each team. I think any more than that would be a hindrance. It's not that big of a deal, but try to have your group it be split into even numbers. I feel that some of the games work out in favor of those who have more in their group. And SIL, her husband and 2 much younger girls (less than 5 years old). (We knew the girls were going to be a bit too young so they left to play elsewhere when their attention span and adventure level waned. It's a dark room.) There were riddles of varying levels of difficulty. As long as I halted my husband's eagerness (lol, the time pressure, dim lighting and soundtrack really give you a sense of urgency), my boys had a great chance of solving them. Other riddles had all of us scratching our heads - which was great as we had to work as a team to put together clues found in different rooms / corners of the room. There were also so many different types of riddles. Riddles with ropes, jugs, water, electronics, sound, light, etc. The timing of the room was great. You don't have the sense that there was too little to do. Staff was friendly before and after the game, when we were face-to-face. During the game, many of them had to be hands on as they are responding to our actions behind walls, watching the patterns of placement, responding to our electronic inputs, etc. They were very well coordinated - no delays. Was a fantastic time! Would return to this location or their other Reno/Spark locations to try our hand at another escape room.
