The rage room was 10x12 or so, it was extreeeeeeemely small. We couldn't be in the room together and the room was already filled with a bunch of beaten up stuff. They gave us tiny glass bottles that were impossible to break unless you smashed them with a hammer. They wouldn't even break after throwing them hard against the wall. Also, I tried on a jumpsuit they made you wear that had 2 zippers on it, not sure why but they were both broken so I had to take it off and put a whole new one on. Overall, this was not a good experience. The staff that worked there didn't seem to care. She told us we had 30 minutes and she said "you can do, 5 or 10 minutes I really don't care." Like oh, okay cool. We went to ismash in sparks previously and I would absolutely recommend going there over this place. Really upset that we paid so much for such a terrible experience.

We are visiting the Tahoe area and saw a brochure. It is not like anything else I have ever tried. I use sensory for my work so it was fun to flesh it out in a different way. I would highly recommend! We went as just two people. The optimal amount of people in a group would probably be 4. I could see it as a great team building experience.

She was very thorough in explaining what the game is like, the rules, and cheering our teams on. The games were fun and funny, and sometimes built up a sweat. I thought they did a great job coming up with games using all five of our senses. This would be a great place for TEAM building or for friends and family. You can have a minimum of two people and maybe up to eight, so there would be four on each team. I think any more than that would be a hindrance. It's not that big of a deal, but try to have your group it be split into even numbers. I feel that some of the games work out in favor of those who have more in their group. I've done so many escape rooms that this was such a great change of pace!

Perfect mix of clever puzzles, solid theming, and that immersive "you're actually in the story" vibe without going overboard. The host was the absolute highlight -- most awesome, energetic, and genuinely helpful guy. He set the tone right from the jump, explained everything clearly, kept things moving without giving anything away, and had this perfect balance of hype and chill that made the whole experience feel easy and exciting. You can tell he actually cares about people having a great time. Room itself was creative as hell. Great flow, no cheap gotchas, and the finale felt earned. We escaped with a few minutes left and walked out grinning. Price was fair, place was clean, and the whole crew seemed on point.

The representative who greeted us was pleasant, friendly, and very welcoming (I'm so sorry I forgot her name!). She set the tone for a great experience right from the start. We only had time to complete Episode One, but we all thoroughly enjoyed it and are already planning to come back for Episode Two. And yes--we escaped! We didn't beat the best time, but that just gives us something to aim for next time. What really stood out was how well the clues were designed. They guided you through solving the mystery without leaving you feeling stuck or confused. Some escape rooms can make you wonder, "Okay... what's next?"--but not here. Everything flowed in a way that kept it challenging and enjoyable. Highly recommend checking this place out--especially if you enjoy a good mystery!

One of the puzzles to solve wouldn't work and we had to use a clue even though we had it correct... that was a bit irritating. Everything else worked great though! The employee at the front was friendly enough and went through the locks/rules with us prior to entering. I appreciated that they also had hand sanitizer near the front desk. The waiting area is pretty small at this location so if you have a large group you will have to squeeze. We will definitely go back!

We weren't the fastest - of course, we weren't planning on that as we had kids and wanted everyone to have a good time. My family of 4, including boys ages 9-11. And SIL, her husband and 2 much younger girls (less than 5 years old). (We knew the girls were going to be a bit too young so they left to play elsewhere when their attention span and adventure level waned. It's a dark room.) There were riddles of varying levels of difficulty. As long as I halted my husband's eagerness (lol, the time pressure, dim lighting and soundtrack really give you a sense of urgency), my boys had a great chance of solving them. Other riddles had all of us scratching our heads - which was great as we had to work as a team to put together clues found in different rooms / corners of the room. There were also so many different types of riddles. Riddles with ropes, jugs, water, electronics, sound, light, etc. The timing of the room was great. You don't have the sense that there was too little to do. Staff was friendly before and after the game, when we were face-to-face. During the game, many of them had to be hands on as they are responding to our actions behind walls, watching the patterns of placement, responding to our electronic inputs, etc. They were very well coordinated - no delays. Was a fantastic time! Would return to this location or their other Reno/Spark locations to try our hand at another escape room.
