I highly recommend this company. I meet Erick at my work, where he was doing our carpets there. Since I been looking for a person who I can trust and let in to my house and clean my carpets I asked him if he can come to my place and take care of my carpets. He gave me an estimate and we made a schedule. When he arrived at my place he saw my chairs need cleaning too and told me he can do that to. I tell you I'm so glad I meet him coz he does wonders I really thought that I have to buy new chairs. After my kids spills juice, milk anything you can think of my chairs and carpet looks horrendous. Now I'm happy with my carpet and I don't have to buy new chairs. Thanks to Erick! I will definitely use this company again. VERY PROFESSIONAL TRUSTY PEOPLE GREAT WORK FAIR PRICE read more

Erick did a great job at my office. I hired him to come in and clean the carpets of my office, Healthworks Chiropractic in Milpitas. He showed up promptly at the 1:15 pm time we agreed upon and was ready to rock. He ran through the office with me for a quick review and then got to work moving furniture around. He went through and vacuumed everywhere first, then went through two separate cleaning/washing phases. In the two hours he was here he didn't stop moving once and my carpets now look great! I even had some water damage by my back door from heavy rain years ago he was able to get out (from, ya know, the days when it used to rain here). I thought it was stained forever! Thanks for a job well done! read more

I hired Ersova to clean a shared indoor area within my condo complex, which had not been professionally cleaned in many years and was in bad condition (lots of dirt, cobwebs, leaves, etc.).  Erick was responsive and helpful, and he met with me in advance to inspect the area and provide an estimate.  He was able to give some advice about some of the challenges, different ways they could be addressed, and the pros and cons in terms of effectiveness and cost.  I chose not to have the carpet cleaned (other than vacuuming), since he said they could not use an extraction method like a carpet cleaning machine, but instead would apply a solution and scrub without rinsing/extracting.  I appreciated that he was upfront with me about the method they would use so I could make an informed decision on the scope.  He also remembered to look for a power source during the inspection (which is lacking in that common space!) and work with me on how they'd plug in their equipment, and I was glad he thought of that in advance and made plans for it rather than discovering the problem on the day of the cleaning. Erick was able to schedule the job for the following week so we didn't have a long wait.  He and his coworker arrived on time and completed the work quickly.  They did a good job removing cobwebs and dusting the walls in the high-ceiling area, and I know they tried several different methods and tools to clean the walls in order to find the best one.  The carpet was well-vacuumed and all the corners cleaned out, as well as the door frames and window ledges dusted and wiped.  The railings were also well-cleaned. Considering how bad the area looked before, I was very happy with the results.  I knew it wouldn't be perfect at the end because of how damaged it was before the cleaning, but I was happy to see how much better it looks after Ersova's work. The only disappointment was the team didn't take the covers off the wall lights and dust them out to remove the cobwebs and dead bugs.  When I did the final walkthrough I pointed it out and asked Erick to clean that before leaving.  He said they could not clean it because they didn't bring a ladder to reach the lights (which are not super high up, but they're a bit above my reach so you would need a step ladder).  I could have brought out my own step ladder if he'd let me know of the problem, but he also said the lights weren't part of the scope we agreed to.  It's true that we didn't specifically discuss the lights - but we did discuss removing all the dirt and cobwebs, and I just assumed that would include dumping out a light cover since it seems like a basic level of cleaning to me.  It didn't seem worth arguing over, so I let it go and will have to finish that part of the cleaning myself.  But, lesson learned!  Next time I'll make sure every possible aspect of cleaning is laid out in the scope ahead of time. Overall, working with Ersova was a good experience.  Erick was both friendly and helpful.  The team was able to do the work quickly, and the quality of the work was good.  I also feel the price was fair and a good value for the service provided.  I would hire them again in the future, and would just make sure we communicate clearly about the scope of work. read more

Wow! His job is amazing, my mother in law referred me to him to clean my car seats (I had a whole year with no cleaning and 3 kids), gave him a call in the morning and to my luck he had an open spot in the afternoon, showed up 10min before our scheduled time so that's a PLUS to me. I am stunned with his job and the price as well. Very professional and respectful! Thank you ERIC! (: read more

They did a great job. We had high carpet that needed washing as well and it looks like new again. Jose was very accommodating and also responsive enough to get back and be on time. I had a few questions re some stuff and jose made it a point to come by and walk me through them. Great customer service and professionalism. read more

I need to post two reviews- one for house cleaning and the other for window cleaning. Erick and his team did a wonderful job on both. You can see the hardwork and commitment once the job is done. I just had an amazing experience hiring Erick to clean my condo I was moving out from and a new guy moving in. As the owner of the condo, I was looking for someone who would restore it to a pristine level. I hired their service based on yelp review Erick came in, gave me an amazing quote in alignment with the work that was needed to restore my carpets and house. He was extremely pleasure to work with and never lost his cool. He didn't just see it as a job, but thought of the work as something he needs to do to make his customer happy He completed the job and left the house in amazing shape. I would definitely hire and recommend Erick to anyone. Very reliable. read more

Erick and team have done a superb job of deep-cleaning the house. They cleaned the entire house and all the appliances (inside and out). Excellent professionals and decently priced as well. Clearly exceeded my expectations and I would really love to hire them again next time. I am so happy I found this company. Erick did an excellent job with carpets in our corporate apartments. We were thinking of replacement carpets, they were quite old and bad. But he did magic. I am glad to have chosen Ersova Cleaning to do move out cleaning for me. Erick and his crew are very punctual and professional. They did a great job in cleaning the house, carpet included, saving me the trouble of having to find 2 companies and coordinating their schedules. Instead of just giving estimates over the phone based on square footage, single or multiple levels, and number of windows, Erick came over physically to look at the inside condition. This to me is more fair because I kept my house quite clean. Indeed I was rewarded a reasonable price. His estimates is not the lowest I got, but I know for sure there is no hidden fees. I have had experience in the past some cleaners who gave low estimates turned out to add extra fees. I will for sure use them again. read more

We wanted to do move-out cleaning including carpet cleaning. Most people I called only serviced one of the two and had vague estimates. When I called Erick, he told me he can do both and he will need take a look at the apartment to give me an accurate quote. He happened to be in the area, so was able to come within 15mins, and gave us a reasonable quote plus an estimate for how long it would take (which turned out to be quite accurate!). He was patient and precise with all our questions (we usually ask a lot because we have had so many bad experiences over the years). We were able to schedule him on the day we wanted. He arrived promptly on that day with his team, and did an amazing job with the move-out cleaning. He's very professional to interact with, and just a very helpful and nice person. read more

We had Eric do steam cleaning of the carpets in new house today and the whole experience was very good. We wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we move in. Since our move in was just a day away and carpet cleaning requires some drying time, I started making frantic calls. Most of my calls went unanswered, luckily Eric answered the call and told me that he was busy and won't be able to do it but still took the time to explain the different carpet cleaning methods. That is when I knew I wanted him or someone else he recommends to do the work for us. He said he would see if any of his friends could do the work but after I repeatedly requested him to accommodate us, he was nice enough to agree and came in the same day after finishing his work at hand. After taking a look at the house he gave us a reasonable quote and was also honest in telling us that he dint think it requires steam cleaning. We still decided to get it done anyway and Eric did a good job. He explained how steam cleaning works and also gave us tips to maintain the carpet. Eric was nice, honest, reasonable and he did a great job. I would definitely recommend and go back to him whenever the house requires any cleaning. read more
