He did a great job with the carpet but due to the scuffs and damage he caused I had to rework some of the cleaning I had done earlier. Tiago and his team have done an amazing job. They arrived on time, were thorough with their cleaning routine and most importantly, made sure we were satisfied with their cleaning service. We had them clean the entire house - Carpets for 2 bedrooms, carpet for the stairs. Overall cleaning for patios, hall, kitchen and dining room. Horrible customer service! I went on their website to schedule an appointment for a full move out cleaning service. Website said they had an availability for the day and time I needed. I prepaid for the service. A couple of hours later, I received an e-mail saying that they actually had no more availability for the day and time I needed. I'm a pretty understand person, so I told them it's fine, just issue me a refund. Here is where it gets bad.... THEY DID NOT ISSUE MY REFUND! They made up an excuse saying "oh, we're having a hard time refunding through PayPal." They were the ones who had the problem but they didn't care enough to contact PayPal to get the issue fixed. They told me I had to do it. You're the one who doesn't know how to use PayPal and you want me to fix it? Like... WTF?! I had to open a dispute through PayPal, and this was the only way I got my money back. UNBELIEVABLE. As they said to me... "LIKE I SAID..." worst customer service ever. read more

What I have loved is the simplicity of scheduling, the easy and clear communication, punctuality and above all the quality of work. I scheduled a move out cleaning of our rental apartment and I was amazed at how clean the home was when Nathalia and her teammate were done. The use of a particular disinfectant along with cooking grime caused a discoloration of the hardwood flooring in the kitchen. Nathalia single handedly cleaned the kitchen while her associate covered all other bases. I do not believe anyone else would have had the patience or the dedication that these girls had. I might be prematurely writing this review as they are still currently cleaning my house, but I really had to use the bathroom when they were done cleaning and WOW! The bathroom was immaculate and the shower door looked brand new. Everything that they've cleaned so far looks sparkly clean too I really appreciate how they are eco-friendly since I'm in the house with my newborn and they also accommodated some requests I had. I had him clean our rental home after the tenants moved out, the new tenants told me that the kitchen was almost dirtier after the cleaning. I booked a 3 hour cleaning through Amazon. And it's actually 3 hours 1 person, 1.5 hours for 2 which I didn't read the fine print when I booked. They ended up staying a little over 2 hours and did a good job. There wasn't enough time to do a complete kitchen cleaning so I will book again to get that done. read more

Terrible company. They cancelled one the day before my move because I didn't want the "move out service" and said I might leave them a bad review. I was told the only additional service provided in the move out service was a deep clean of stove/fridge/oven. I let them know that this was already completed, and they could just do their normal services. They never showed up (not even a cancellation notice). read more

They cleaned the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and did carpet cleaning. We have 2 dogs and one isn't very well house trained yet; they managed to get all the stains and smells out of the carpet and even cleaned the dog fur off our sofas. Wow! My place has not been this clean since I moved in! After they were done cleaning, my walls were as spotless as they had ever been, and the bathroom was immaculate! My shower (including tile and grout) is as white as snow! And the fingerprints are gone from all my mirrors and windows!
