Unlike many offices, they tend to be on time and minimize wait times which I really appreciate! The Hygenists and Asssistants are absolutely top notch. So far, the Dentists themselves are THE BEST we've encountered! I really admire the calm demeanor and the respectful way that they interact with the patients and staff. I've been very impressed with the dentists skills and efficiency. From the numbing shots to the procedures themselves, patient comfort is their highest priority. I was charged twice for a bill that I had already paid six months ago. When I tried to explain the situation, the accounting person wouldn't listen and kept insisting I hadn't paid. I eventually found proof of payment through my bank, but there was no apology. Because of this experience, I've lost trust in their accounting system. Make sure to always request and keep your payment receipts each time you pay.

However, the billing at this practice is either unethical or they just don't know what they're doing. This is now the third time I've gotten a bill I have to call about. The first time was a random bill I was sent covering a year or so worth of services indicating I had a balance, all my EOB said I didn't and I had to call and resolve that over the phone. I have received an "estimate" of a bill before, but if you didn't look close enough, you'd assume it was a bill as it stated you needed to pay and everything within 30 days - I ended up not needing to pay anything and now, I received another bill that doesn't even come close to my EOB and in my insurance portal it says I owe nothing but according to Wilderness I do owe a balance. Sadly I'll be moving on from this practice, as I don't want to continuously have to debate bills and get them resolved.
