But Guy took charge of the situation, contacting each neighbor, explaining the process, and organizing everything seamlessly. He even helped them with their own fencing needs, making sure everyone was happy and on the same page. Throughout the project, I felt like I had a personal construction manager on my side. Guy was tireless in his efforts to ensure that everything went smoothly and that I was completely satisfied with the result. I am a very hard rater and wish I could give a 4.5 stars. Our neighbor's car rolled down the driveway and luckily our fence stopped her before hitting the house. I was pleasantly surprised when I called on a Saturday and someone picked-up! They took the information and someone responded within a couple of days. They use technology to help expedite the process, first utilizing satellite & then the initial estimate was performed via on-line (like a zoom mtg). The ONLY thing that could have been done better is the transition between the doers and "the quote team". Andy & Miguel were great and responded to emails even in the evening, which shocked me........ would have been happy to get a response the next day. They provided a very specific process as to the flow of the project. However, due to the job's size the timeline was much quicker. (a good thing) On Monday I got a call telling me they had an opening the following day and would it work for us.......... well we had a hole in our fence and wanted it fixed as soon as possible, so YES! The work crew were to come the following day between 8-10; they were at our house promptly at 8:29. The crew of two were efficient and completed the job within hours and cleaned up when finished, leaving the area as they found it, except for the fence part., the fence is beautiful and would definitely recommend them. read more

The fence in our new home had seen *much* better days, but we'd been putting off replacing it due to dealing with many other projects. When it finally started leaning heavily after a storm, we struggled to find a contractor to replace the fence we finally found Ergeon and received a quote. We were impressed by their use of video-calling and satellite imagery to generate the initial quote. I worked with Orlando and Eduardo to get the installation scheduled, and after an initial communication blip (a misunderstanding over the correct email/phone number to reach me on), they were very responsive. On the scheduled date, the installation team were very diligent, asking all the right questions to ensure the placement of everything was correct, and were even able to handle a couple of quirks with the original plan with ease. From the very beginning Ergeon staff was very friendly, helpful, and happy to answer all of my wife's and my questions about the job. Ergeon also has a great way of explaining the whole process of the job. Valerie was my contact person at Ergeon she had the foresight to send Miguel out to video the job so they plan out the job and people installing the fences would already have seen the work area before arriving to do the job. I am now in the process of scheduling a final walk through before building our fences to make sure nothing will be left out. Fennce installation and staining of fence. The process went smoothly from start to finish. The sales person, the project manager, the crew very courteous and respectful. I had questions and the management team would answer quickly. The crew came and did the work and if there was any doubts, they would ask me and go on with their work. All debris was hauled away. I was amazed in the way the crew was able to finish the work in one day and it was a pretty big project. The waterproofing and staining of the fence went very smoothly also. The worker was very tedious in doing the work and careful of the area around him. We were very satisfied with the work as a whole and would hire Ergeon for future work. read more

Our fence was literally falling apart. I found Ergeon Fence Company had five star reviews on yelp and that most of the comments were extremely positive. I requested callbacks from five top rated fence companies and urgent was the only company that came throughwith a callback and solid quote. The entire process Was seamless with the exception of one hiccup when there was a no-show for the initial walk-through. Ergeon took $150 off the total price to compensate for that. Literally, everything elsesmoothly and we have an absolutely gorgeous redwood fence to show for it. I found Ergeon online and was encouraged by the customer reviews. I called to get a quote on replacing my 33 year old fence that is ready to fall down in the beautiful but windy community of Cordelia. Nicole assisted me in getting the design I liked and she thoroughly went over the process of replacing the fence. Due to Covid -19 concerns, I was able to film my yard, and existing fence line, and send the information to Nicole via my cell phone. I received a quote within a few days. This was by far the best quote I received. My neighbor, who is very frugal, agreed the quote was very good. I was very impressed with the amount of customer service I received even before finalizing my job. She also reviewed everything in detail and took the time to answer all my questions and provide me a 3D rendering so that I could visualize how my job would look when completed. Matias was very helpful and easy to talk to. No work has been done yet, but getting a quote over the phone was easy. I called to see if I could get an on-site estimate and they were able to do a video call instead to view the type of work to be done and he said he would get back to me with an estimate. In order to do the video estimate, they do ask you to download Google Meet and since I have never used it before, I didn't know how to get to the link he sent me, but he was guiding and helping me thru the whole process. Estimating and quoting was quickly and simply accomplished using mobile device video collaboration tools (Google Meeting), contract preparation and execution was similarly automated online, via e-mail communication. Installation was fast, flawless, and performed in accordance with my aggressive scheduling and project duration needs. When Ergeon completed the project, looking at the rest of the fencing for the property, I kicked myself for not biting the bullet and having them replacing the rest of the fencing. read more

I needed an estimate to replace a redwood fence and lattice work in my backyard. My call was answered by Valeria Palomares of Ergeon. She was able to view the job site on Google Earth and give me a "rough estimate" on the first phone call. Then she scheduled an estimator to come to my home and measure on site to confirm her footage, as well as check for any unusual conditions that might add to the cost. We just had our fence installed by Ergeon. Omar, the project manager, was able to set up a scheduled time that worked for us. Sergio, the installer, and his crew were here on time. The crew was completely professional. The fence we had them install was able to be completed in one day. It was about 45 feet in length. They also, were very careful of the surrounding areas as well, and they left the worksite in very good condition when they were finished. I requested a quote through Angi and Ergeon reached out quickly looking to provide a quote. They scheduled a video call where Alex went over some options for our fence project. He allowed me to ask some questions and provided guidance based on his experience. He also provided a 3-d rendering of what the fence would look like and sent a quote with all of the details. When my fence was blown away by the crash of a huge oak tree, I was impressed by Ergeon's quick reply and their COVID-free estimating system using technology. I'm a senior and when Orlando asked me to walk the old fence line with my iphone, I was apprehensive about how to do it. I didn't need to fret, as Orlando helped me and it was easy!
