We're very happy with how our new fence turned out and we highly recommend them.

We've had them repair 3 sections on one shared fence, and then replace an entire damaged shared fence on the other side. Both neighbors were pleased with the quotes received and finished product. All the workers were very kind and executed the project as discussed. They are very methodical and precise with their work. Amazed they took down 80+ feet of fence and replaced it all in 4 hours. Jen, their estimator, was very patient with me after their initial bid as I asked for several options, eventually changing from a butted-board fence to a board on board style. I got a few bids from local companies but it's important to note that 707 Fence bids and uses higher quality lumber than most other companies. At least that's what I found out after comparing the bids. Make sure you compare that if you get other bids Alex and crew built a beautiful fence which I am very pleased with. The gates open and close like precision cabinetry. You'll find that Jen and Alex are very responsive and the team are talented and experienced builders. We are so thrilled with how it turned out and we will be using him and his team for more projects in the future. His guys, Ryan, Jaime, & everyone else did a fantastic job. Every person who walked into my home, has worked with Travis for the last 10 to 20 years. That made me very trusting of who was in my home when I was there and when I wasn't there. It is very challenging to find a trustworthy contractor who is not only good at communicating, but is also very good at their job. Thank you, Travis and team!

We can't believe this is our house! We've had a couple of friends hire him now to do their projects! Travis walked into our patched-together 50 year old house and understood our vision for opening up the floor plan and letting more light in. He worked within our budget to draw up a quote that met our vision, while also recommending items that could easily be isolated and saved for a later project date without having to re-do any of this initial work (like refacing the fireplace, re-doing the back patio). He was patient and helpful through the architect and permitting phase and had great recommendations for local cabinet, tile and plumbing stores that allowed us to get great quality finishes within our budget. Every sub-contractor that he brought in for specialized pieces like our master shower tile, shower glass, flooring and insulation were friendly and did absolutely top of the line work. He is also very clever at figuring out solutions to curveballs that our house threw and could take our crazy Pinterest pictures and piece them together to build custom solutions like the bench in the master shower. Overall our project included a major overhaul and upgrade to our electrical panel / electrical service to the street, major plumbing upgrades, new windows, a master bathroom addition and a complete interior paint/flooring refresh and remodel including a complete kitchen remodel (with removing load bearing walls to create an open concept) and hall bath remodel. Our house of 16 years is now a sturdy, safe home we can spend the next 50 years in - Travis didn't cut any corners and understood that this needs to be our dream home that will last "generations" as he put it. He's an honest guy with old fashioned values and you just won't find a better team to take on your project.

Green magic came highly recommended and while quite expensive I felt that it will be worth it in the long run. Everything seemed fine at first, but I did not go through everything as I do have quite a large number of plants. I had made a request that I did not feel comfortable with a single emitters at the center of a plant as my experience has been that the water just goes straight down and out. Apparently that went unheard and has been the case with most every plant except where I had already used an alternate option. I was on vacation during the heat wave and when I came back, I found most of my plants either dead or dying. As I started to examine, the emitter applications I found them inadequate or not even in some cases near the plant itself. I am very disappointed and once again I will have to go through everything myself.
