Bob's proposal was prompt and fair - and his crew did an outstanding job replacing the failing fence in a single day. We were so pleased we asked him to take a look at the garden gate (other side of the backyard), and he was able to construct a replacement gate, replace the adjacent short attached fence, and also repair an existing screening fence using recycled boards - again, all in a single day. You can see some of his work at his website: https://www.calfencing.com/. Great job!

In addition, they created a two path walkway and small patio in our backyard using pavers left over from a side patio project years ago. They also replaced our very repaired city sidewalk with a new one (which we paid for since the city would not) Owner Junior was immediately responsive from the very beginning to any questions/concerns or to any changes needed; the same was true for Gabriel, the project manager. Since I was overseeing everything due to my husband's declining health, I really appreciated that they treated me as a woman as an equal. Although there were unexpected delays due to city permitting and weather, the wait was worth the finished project. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I love the way they installed the new pavers at an angle and added a border.

Since then, we have had them do many jobs, big and small. He and his crew are wonderful to work with, very dependable, helpful in all ways. I'm always impressed with how clean and neat they leave the area where they've worked. This year we began having Felix's crew do bi-monthly yard maintenance (& tree trimming as needed). As always, their work has been excellent. We have especially been impressed with Alex and really enjoy working with him. When I logged onto this site to make my review, I was shocked to see a negative review specifically mentioning Alex and having nothing to do with his work performance. We have found him to always be respectful, polite, friendly and very energetic and thorough in his work. We highly recommend Alex and Felix's Landscaping & Tree Service.

Tim made sure that he wouldn't start painting the exterior of our house until the unusually rainy Santa Rosa weather cleared up. We had to postpone a couple weeks before the conditions were just right. This gave us time to think about the colors we wanted. We picked two colors for the body/trim but we were stuck on deciding a color for our gutters! Tim took the time to get some samples, give his input, and help us make a final decision. He and his team started work on Monday morning and were done by Friday afternoon. Mon - Pressure washed. Tues - Primed, chalk, remove rotten wood. Weds - Paint front door/side door/garage, replace rotten wood. Thurs - Body color! Paint trim. Friday - Paint gutters, touch up, and clean up. My husband and I were very appreciative of Tim's prompt emails and keeping us in the loop during the whole process. He and his team were nice and professional. We are extremely happy with the care, thoroughness, and quality of work the team put into our house. Thank you, TAF!
