We have a documented paper trail leading back months that clearly outlines our complaints about his employees' actions, his refusal to communicate, and the theft of our plants and personal property. For him to claim that he hasn't heard from us is an absolute lie. We reached out numerous times to try and find resolution with him. In the end, WE were forced to stop payment because of Brett's lack of response. Yelp reader, take note of how this man deals with issues. The actions on this review, and his actions with us, clearly show that this man does not act in good faith. I would steer clear of him. As far as my past reviews on Yelp showing that 'there was nothing that we could have done to satisfy you' - 60% of my reviews on Yelp are 4 or 5 star.
