Been here probably 6-8 times and never once has anyone actually been friendly. Helpful, sure, but…read morefriendly, not remotely. In mid 2024 i wanted to change up my drip system from micro tubing to drip tape (more of an ag-type system). I was told they only have those supplies in January each year. So i came back in Jan 2025 and they said they don't really have that stuff until later in the spring. I happened to explain my plan. Even had drawings of the plan and pics of my valve system (half of which i'd purchased at Wyatt). After more talking, they had almost all the supplies I needed, which was odd because they had just said they didn't have the supplies. Went back in April (when I finally got around to installing the new system), after realizing they failed to tell me I needed low pressure filters (unfortunate and expensive change over, and frustrating since I had shown them PICTURES of my system) and had sold me waaaay too many of one of the connectors. They'd also forgotten to sell me a hole punch for the connectors. Then they sold me the wrong one. Long story short-ish, they did allow me the full refund on the excess parts and the wrong hole punch (thank you). But their advice is kinda sketchy. One guy almost always has to ask another guy to verify if he's suggesting the right items. And after I'd purchased 100s of dollars of supplies, they said they don't ever get the hole punch I need for those parts, and they didn't even try to explain or offer any advice how to find it online or at another store. Don't come here unless you already know exactly what you need. I'd rather drive an hour somewhere else than the 10min to Wyatt for bad advice.

Great service. They had everything I needed and more. I would recommend them to anyone needing…read morelandscaping or irrigation supplies.

I hired Novara for a big job. A small yard, but a big job. I chose them after meeting with 5…read moredifferent landscape and construction companies - all highly rated. Not only was Novara the most knowledgeable, they were also the most professional. Impressing me with their due diligence and knowledge of everything about both construction and landscaping. They were the only company who even mentioned laying gopher wire and knew about Ditra membranes. Seeing Stephen Garcia on social media cinched it for me. He knew his stuff. This was a company that I could tell would care as much as I did. I came to them with a full design in mind. Lots of landscapers don't love that because they want to do their own thing or because clients don't understand engineering, permits, etc. That said, Novara not only brought my own vision to life but they improved upon it with their experience and passion. I had nothing in my yard but a lot of dirt. Now I have a stunning porcelain paver landing with lighting, a patio and a pergola, DG, irrigation, lighting and a stunning plant design that is flourishing! These guys impressed me with their crew and work ethic. They were there early every morning and worked full long days. Stephen was in constant contact with me and came by frequently. He discussed every little thing they were doing. Novara never pushed me nor grew impatient with me or my questions. They didn't try to add anything expensive and were completely transparent about everything they did, as they did it. I cannot recommend them enough! I'm attaching some photos but will update them as more furniture arrives! Book these guys, you will not be sorry!

From quote to finish, I'm astounded by Novara and team and highly recommend them. There were a few…read morethings we were looking for when choosing a contractor: reasonable pricing, professionalism, competency, and great communication. Drainage was our biggest concern as there's a slope going to the house. Addressing the engineering - not just aesthetics - gave us comfort that this company knows what they're doing. Quote- found them on Yelp, read the reviews, asked for a quote through Yelp projects. They offered next day coordination to view the project. Steven was pleasant and professional. Understood our drainage concerns. The emailed quote came the following day, and it had every detail requested. This punctuality and attention to detail already says a lot to me so we hired them. The job- Started on schedule and the team went above and beyond! We requested the excavated soil to be set aside so we could use it on another part of our property - they so kindly placed the soil in the areas we needed. We saw the engineering of the small gradation for water drainage. The channel drain and French drain were installed for longevity. The 1000+ sqft of pavers were meticulously arranged by hand to include border pavers. Timeframe- this massive job was scheduled for 5 days but extended into 10 days due to the manufacture shorting the border paver count. Clean up- the team did well to smooth out the rest of the excavated soil, gave us as much left over rock and pavers as we wanted and even relocated it to our convenience. Lastly, they swept the patio for immediate use and took any remaining debris. We very much appreciated Steven and the Novara crew for the long days and great work! We love that this a local family business doing great work. The patio looks great and it has us excited to extend our living space!

Working with them was a dream - extremely responsive, great ideas, collaborative with design and suggestions, and really kind to our kiddos who were curious throughout the process. They are popular and we had to wait until a project spot opened up, and the wait was SO worth it. Hard to capture full beauty in my pictures but you can see some examples here :)

The irrigation system in the back had been destroyed by our puppy, and the front was a huge weed patch. Kellie and her colleagues took a lot of time to get to know us and our needs/hopes, which were: low maintenance; drought resistant/tolerant but not succulents; and dog friendly/durable. We shared photos of landscapes, trees, plants, and color palettes that we liked, and then Kellie worked her magic! She and her crew worked steadily, cleanly, and thoughtfully, and they communicated regularly throughout the process. Once everything was in, we opted to continue working with Kellie for monthly maintenance and really value the care and support that the team provides. Because of Integral Landscapes' good work, the team tends to be busy, and while we began our work with them in the summer/fall of 2018, they weren't able to begin working on our landscaping until early in 2019. But, once on site, we were a clear focus for them, and the work-- even with some rainy days-- was done quickly and well. In other words, it was absolutely worth the wait! We also had to navigate our budget a bit, and the team was thoughtful and supportive on that front. We opted to stretch our budget and the team was able scale back on a few things without compromising on the overall plan and vision. It was worth every penny. Kellie's professionalism, expertise, discerning eye and genuine care, the meticulousness and excellent planning of the whole team, Kellie's affection for our rambunctious dogs, and the team's clear and open communication has made Integral Landscapes an absolute pleasure to work with. We feel lucky to have found them and give them our most enthusiastic recommendation!

Green magic came highly recommended and while quite expensive I felt that it will be worth it in the long run. Everything seemed fine at first, but I did not go through everything as I do have quite a large number of plants. I had made a request that I did not feel comfortable with a single emitters at the center of a plant as my experience has been that the water just goes straight down and out. Apparently that went unheard and has been the case with most every plant except where I had already used an alternate option. I was on vacation during the heat wave and when I came back, I found most of my plants either dead or dying. As I started to examine, the emitter applications I found them inadequate or not even in some cases near the plant itself. I am very disappointed and once again I will have to go through everything myself.
