I've hired Franck and his company for two jobs so far. One was a $4k tree job which we were happy enough with that we hired them for a $15k job doing a bunch of planting on a difficult, rocky slope, and building a some raised beds for us. They did a great job on the plantings, and I was especially impressed by the raised beds, which ended up feeling far more solid and looking much more beautiful than I had anticipated. I would and likely will hire them again! read more

Franck communicated well, had a diligent team, and is fair. I got three estimates for this job and he was the most detailed and comprehensive. Good to work with. read more

Le Jardinier Landscape Construction - Fence, stairs, retaining wall. - Landscaping Near Me - Novato, California

We hired Le Jardinier to do our side yard and we are very pleased with the results. We had several companies bid and we chose them because they had many ideas that we had not considered and included important features like proper drainage. They installed turf with proper drainage, fixed our irrigation, laid pavers, and created a planting bed and did some planting. Overall, they did a detailed and top of the line job and included details we had not considered. They were receptive to answering any questions or adjusting the plan based on our preferences. The job went quickly once they started and they worked each day. Overall, this was a pleasant experience with very professional employees and we are very happy with the results. read more

Did I hire them - No, but the concrete installation bid was just a little higher than the one I accepted- What impressed me was that Franck, the owner, no less, was extremely efficient in getting back to me on questions and concerns I had - what was tough to turn down was that Le Jardinier does landscape design as well and I have some projects I am considering in the near future. Would I consider Le Jardinier Landscape Construction for these projects - you betcha read more

I purchased a package from Armstrong Gardens which included an independent designer and a LeJardinier crew which was to do the installation and the irrigation review for the entire property. Plants failed and had to be replaced. The designer could not tell me if that was because of improper planting or improper irrigation. All in all, LeJarnier did an OK job and was responsive to my concerns. read more

We have used Le Jardinier for our weekly garden maintenance for a number of years. The crew is friendly and reliable. If there is ever a problem with the irrigation, etc. Franck is there promptly to make things right. Definitely recommend this company. read more

My experience with Le Jardinier has been outstanding. We undertook an extensive overhaul of our back yard that included grading a hillside, installing retaining walls, planting a variety of trees/shrubs/etc., installing gopher wire for a new lawn, irrigation for plants and lawn (all easily programmed via a smart controller), perimeter french drains, placing flagstone. Their work ethic throughout all of these projects was efficient and fair priced. We then presented them with plans/permits for an intricate staircase and a complex redwood deck with a wrap around bench. They excelled once again and worked seamlessly with City inspectors and completed the project while maintaining a fixed price that was set prior to commencement. We found Franck (owner), Edwin (project manager), and Joaquin (foreman) all to be trustworthy and continually strive to provide good customer service. Regardless of your project, nothing is beyond their scope. We have recommended them to several of our friends/family and will use them again on future projects. If you are looking for a great company that produces excellent results, don't hesitate to give them a try. read more

Too expensive! Terrible service! Billed for more hours than they actually worked. Would not recommend their service.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Le Jardinier. We moved into a house with a very dense and overgrown yard and we didn't know where to start. Franck talked to us and figured out what we were after and what we were comfortable with, and turned a jungle of a yard into a great place for our son to play and for our family to enjoy. He and his crew did a huge amount of work very quickly and were very pleasant to work with. read more

We had a great experience with Franck and his team at Le Jardinier. They helped us turn our Novato home's front yard lawn and sprinkler system into a drought-resistant native-plant garden with hardscape path and drip irrigation line. We did the sheet mulching and they installed the hardscape, the plants, and the drip irrigation lines. We're happy with the result: it looks great, it's more interesting to look at and care for than the lawn, and it gives us more peace of mind in the midst of this drought and for the future. Franck was very patient and considerate in guiding us through the process and in helping keep costs down. His team did excellent work despite the summer heat and they cleaned up well when it was all complete. read more

I'm usually the restaurant critic but a guy's gotta keep the jungle at home manageable and attractive. I found these guys thru A local nursery that has a lot on the line when they recommend someone...without a lot of detail, Franck and Aiden obviously love what they do. I've been in the same house for 30+ years and i've tried many times to do stuff cheap as possible. That's just what you get: bubkus, nothing, nada. I'm only speaking from my personal experience with them in the past year since they did the plantings on behalf of the major nursery (but they're independent which is good). I needed some big tree maintenance and they recommended an arborist who knew what he was doing. Very satisfied with that aspect too. If i write any more you'll get bored...so i'll just say, if you think you need help with your outside stuff, you likely do. Call Franck and have him take a look. I guarantee he will not put the hard sell on you. He'll help you figure how to do what you want, give you a price, and by the way the guy has a great eye. read more

Franck and crew did a fantastic job start to finish with the landscaping of our front yard! Franck Perdriel and his team at Le Jardinier did a great job installing new landscaping in our back yard. They listen, come up with creative solutions, and take real pride in their work. We have been using LeJardinier almost since its inception. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and the quality of work. The gentlemen who service our home are very conscientious and are willing to do a little extra when needed. Whenever there is a problem (sprinkler or lawn situation) all it takes is a phone call or email and the response is the next day. They maintain our home on a weekly basis and have done small landscape projects as well. I have watched this company grow and realize that the business acumen of the owner is what makes it thrive. read more

awful experience. workers are nice but did not do nearly enough work. left piles of leaves and other stuff lying around. also the owner has a very big ego. seems to think he is the best thing ever. really needs to get off his high horse. you run a landscape company you are not a rockstar read more

About two years ago, I interviewed several landscape managers prior to choosing Franck and Le Jardinier to handle the maintenance of our property. After meeting with Franck, I was convinced that he would be worth a try and I have not been disappointed. The crew does a nice job of keeping things neat and tidy and the property always looks well manicured. Franck is easy to reach and very responsive so anytime I need something I just contact him and things get done. I feel that his rates are fair and competitive and understand that you get what you pay for. I am pleased with Le Jardinier and would recommend them. read more

Franck and his fabulous crew have made this an amazing experience for us. Franck is super responsive, he drops by the site frequently to check on things and check in with us. Fun to chat with -- he has been everywhere and done everything. Edwin, has also been super helpful, giving great ideas about plants and fielding most of the problems that came up. If I ever had a problem, I would immediately turn to Edwin and he would reassure me and come up with new ideas. He was super committed -- out in the pouring rain rearranging plants to try to make things work for us. And super mellow and easy-going while he was doing it. We really appreciated the commitment and hard work of the entire team. We had a large project that took many weeks and there were many decisions along the way. Joaquin, the foreman on our crew is also super knowledgeable and thought of so many things that we are really appreciating now. We now have an edible garden! All the men who worked on our project were super friendly and super hard-working. A shout out to Mario, Gerardo, Marco, Nick, and Jose. Franck and company have created a truly wonderful garden that has exceeded all our expectations! We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them! read more
