Great food and service. I go everyone we go to the outlets. Haven't been disappointed yet and the prices are good as well

We came early in the evening (5:00) so only a table had customers. We ordered appetizer and Thai tea. And then so many people came in. We waited and waited and our main course had not come. We realized the other table who came later than us had food and almost finished their food. I told our waitress we were hungry and asked if our food could come asap. And we waited for another 15-20mins or so. The food still didn't come. In total we waited was about 45mins. We finally gave up and decided to go. We went to check out our Thai tea and appetizer and complained we didn't want to eat main course bc we didn't feel we were treated equally. I said" we are hungry and have been waiting for long" and the owner said "how long" excuse me! And the owner explained "but you had appetizer" (meaning we should not feel hungry?) How could she say this? We immidiantly paid and left at 6pm. Firstly, my friend didn't had appetizer and secondly, the owner should not have said "how long" Honestly, the food is not bad but I felt we were treated not good. read more

Erawan has incredibly tasty and colorful Thai food that will surely nourish your mind and body. We even brought a friend who was visiting from California who is 50% Thai and is very familiar with true Thai cooking and he said the food was authentic and delicious but a bit blander that he is used to. I've been here 2x and both times I got the drunken noodles. I know I should have tried something else but they were so good the first time I wanted it again. They are really good. And the chicken is really good. Typically chicken in dishes like this are kinda gross. Not this chicken really good quality and seasoned perfectly. The noodles and veggies are good too. I got it to go and the noddles did have a tendency to want to clump all together. But that's going to happen. I do ha e to say the 2nd serving had less veggies than the first and was not quite as big of a portion. I hope the first one was more like normal. I will go back and try something else. The prices are not really cheap. Most everything is the same price which is a good idea but your not going to get out of here for $10.00 or less. I think in terms of when I was poor 20-something so I would not have been able to come here too often. Nice addition to Aurora. Go try them. read more

This is a solid American-Thai restaurant. Nice people and good food. Nn some of the stirfry dishes the fish sauce is too strong which means either too much used or the right amount but inferior fish sauce. Portions are slightly too small. read more

Stopped in for lunch today and had Shrimp Pad Gras Tiam. This is on the menu as a chicken dish, but you can go with other options like shrimp, beef, squid, etc. The spice level requested was "make it spicy please, but don't kill me." The number translation is level 2 and It was perfect. These folks are very good at what they do. I didn't ask them if they still have customers trying to order General Tsos Chicken or other Chinese dishes. They were getting that a lot when they first opened. Seriously. Try this family owned little gem of a place. And if you go level three on the spice, you're in for some heat! read more

Dang this Thai food was good as heck!! Got takeout from here using their online ordering system which was very easy and intuitive to use. I paid and tipped online which was super simple. I'm not a Thai food expert by any means, but I thought this place was heckin' good! Had no problems finding parking around lunchtime on a weekday - it's in a plaza next to a smoothie shop. Seeing the inside while picking up my food honestly made me want to stay there and it. It was cozy, with a smallish amount of tables - like 10? Idk. It was very stylish inside and well decorated with adorable lights. I can't wait to come back and sit inside for lunch. For takeout, we got the classic pad thai, the won ton soup, and the beef noodle soup. They let you pick your spice level here and it gets SPICY. :) the food was all delicious and was ready just when we ordered it to be. All in all, a great experience. I highly recommend this place for takeout and can't wait to come try this place again! They have so many awesome choices. The best pad Thai around! They have five levels of spicy one is not very spicy I would recommend spice level number two or maybe three I've never gone beyond that that's spicy enough for me. Visited this hidden gem today, to start the hostess and waitstaff were absolutely pleasant and warm. The dining room is about 5 tables but it's very comfortable and clean. I ordered the Basil Fried Rice and my sister chose the Pad Thai (pictured), both dishes (btw I caught a glimpse of the kitchen and was really happy to see how clean it was, plus the chef was wearing gloves while prepping food) came out quickly and at a great temperature. We split our plates and I honestly don't know which one I liked more- both were so flavorful and herby. Really tender chicken & fresh shrimp. Portions were very generous, I have enough for lunch tomorrow! We reallly really enjoyed our time here and plan to come back. read more

YUM! First time getting take out from Erawan and look forward to doing so again! We ordered fresh rolls (very good, great sauce), steamed shumai (very good) and pad Thai (also very good!). But what we absolutely loved was the Peanut Lover (great texture of the thin-sliced chicken and the peanut sauce was excellent) and the Drunken Noodles (the noodles were awesome, great texture and flavor, and the sauce was amazing!)! The mild spicy-level was very mild, but enough to leave a slight tingle afterwards. Will try the medium-spice next time. Look forward to eating these again, plus trying the other noodle and all of the fried rice dishes! Not your typical thai restaurant food, much finer quality and flavor. read more

We were very excited to order and go get Erawan tonight for dinner. That is...until my husband went - 45 minutes after later - to pick it up and found out they gave our food away and had to re-cook the entire order. Then they tried to say something else that was there was our order and they weren't even similar orders. No apology. Not even a discount or something to entice us to go back. We were in Columbus last weekend and their ovens went down while waiting on a flatbread. Not only did that restaurant pay for our entire lunch, they gave us 2 free meals the next time we visit. They did recently reopen for dine in, but the place is very small so we prefer takeout. Everything there is delicious, though their Thai spicy isn't as spicy as it was in the beginning. I got take out, so this is solely based on the food. Crispy wontons were just okay. Not very flavorful and kind of an awkward shape for dipping, a little dry in terms of filling. The drunken noodle was good, but pretty basic. There was nothing bad about this food, but based on the reviews I was expecting something next level, and everything I had was pretty basic. read more
