We've been coming here once a year for the past 6 years as a family tradition. We get food and take it home. The past years they have slowly and slowly declined in everything. We ordered 6 meals and not one of them were good. Borderline inedible. My meals chicken was absolutely garbage and the chewiest thing I've ever had, and other meals were undercooked, overcooked, over seasoned, under seasoned, just plain terrible. It is your average joint with a lack luster interior and relaxed vibe. They are pretty slammed and seem to only have 2 employees working at any given time. Order time is a bit delayed as we got quoted for 6:30pm then got pushed back to 6:45pm and didn't receive our food until 7:10pm. We had a larger order of about 10 dishes however and they seemed delayed on the smaller orders but not nearly as long. They seem to be working hard back there but the cleanliness could be better as you can visibly see dirt in many places. Found not one but TWO hairs in my food. I did not care to find out if there was more. When I called to tell them the women was so rude to me right off the bat and only continued after I explained we didn't want new food made. I was grossed out. After arguing with the women she finally agreed to give is our money back but we had to return all the food. Fine by me but the way she said it was again rude and abrupt. First of all, everyone is supposed to be extra clean and talking extra precautions to social distance with everything going in the world, they apparently think the rules do not apply. My boyfriend said there were 7 people standing inside waiting for food. When my bf did take the food back the next day he said again there were tons of people waiting inside. We will never, ever return. Save your time, money and stomachs and go somewhere else! read more

Not the best. Ordered an entrée from their diet menu, that was supposed to have the sauce on the side. I thought that was a pretty cool idea, but when I got home I was surprised to find everything was already mixed. We had three entrées, including orange chicken, and everything was just so so. The orange chicken had very little orange flavor to it. The entrée my wife that had very little sauce, which was a bit disappointing since typically Chinese carry out is dripping in sauce. On a positive note, the food was ready when requested via the online ordering system. Everything was very hot, including the egg drop soup. At the end of the day, there is better Chinese carry out in Brunswick and Strongsville than the Dragon. read more

Just order from here via Ubereats. Never gotten food from here before. Got a pork egg roll which was not that hot but everything else was still very hot when it arrived. The kids got sesame chicken which is delicious. I keep sneaking pieces from them. Also got the veggie pad thai. I was disappointed that there was no tofu in it as most places I've gotten veggie pad thai from has tofu. Besides the pad thai noodles this isn't pad thai. It tastes more like lo mein sauce and is very dark brown. It was a large serving and a ton of veggies. I will order there again because the sesame chicken is encouraging but won't get the pad thai again. read more

Our order was over 25 minutes late to be finished and then when we got home the steamed dumplings we ordered were missing. When I called to get a refund on the item they said that we would get a credit towards a future order, when I said we didn't plan to order there again the only option we were given was to come pick them up. Definitely WOULDN'T recommend. read more

My wife and I ordered take-out from the Dragon Restaurant on Sunday Feb 28, 2021. We had BBQ Ribs, Pork Egg Rolls, Wonton Soup, and a Combination special with Pork Lo Mein and Pork Fried rice. First off the soup barely had any flavor. It tasted as though every time they removed a serving from the pot, they filled it back up with water. Yes, watery is the word that comes to mind. Next, the fried rice had the texture and consistency of a sticky ball of mush. It was like the entire serving had been pasted together into a ball; and honestly, the flavor of the rice was worse than it's texture. The Lo Mein was passable, but on a scale of 1 to 10, compared to the Lo Mein from other local restaurants, I rate it at about a "3". The only good items we took home that night were the BBQ Ribs, which were excellent; and the Pork Spring Rolls which were also very good. To top it off, they even neglected to throw in a couple fortune cookies with a food order that totaled more than $30. This was not a good experience, and I doubt we'll be back. read more

Best fried rice in Brunswick. Very friendly owners, they will cook whatever you want. They just added Pad Thai, which was good. Great Lomein, chicken on a stick. I miss their buffet, but they have consistently very good food. They recently moved out of the Buehler's Plaza, but still have good food. Going tonight again for takeout. read more

The food does not taste right, the sauces are heavy and have odd flavors that do not match the "usual" taste of Chinese food. The fried rice was hard and not flavorful. Avoid it and go down the street to the one by Marc's. I won't be back. read more

Dragon is a great place for Chinese take out. They have seating but most of the business is take-out. A husband and wife own and run the restaurant. The husband cooking, the wife taking orders and dealing with the phones. The food is made when you order it, not sitting in a tray. If you want food lightning fast go to Arby's, this food is made fresh. It's best to call ahead of time and place the order. If you go there at a slow time for the restaurant you will see them cutting vegetables or cleaning up, again fresh. I've had most of the menu, except for some of the seafood dishes and some of the fried items. The portions are always generous, the vegetables have a snap to them, not cooked to death, and the selections are extensive with new items presented every once in a while. Some of the best Lo Mein I've had even when comparing to a more expensive sit down restaurant. All that I've had has been very good from Szechwan chicken to MuShu pork. I am a person who loves to explore food from Moroccan to Vietnamese and others but have never been disappointed in Dragon. Great Take-out. Best in the area. read more
