My family's go-to Chinese takeout place. I've been eating Chinese food both homemade and from restaurants my whole life, and Asian Grill has the only wonton soup I've ever enjoyed - and I LOVE it. My wife wanted Chinese food for dinner last night. So I looked online for nearby restaurants that delivered. Then I looked for restaurants that were rated highly, but that I hadn't written a review for in a while. Alas, we ordered from Asian Grill. First, it's wonderful that they deliver in an eight-mile radius. My wife ordered BBQ spare ribs, my son wanted sesame chicken, my daughter wanted pork lo mein and an egg roll, and I was in the mood for mushroom chicken. About an hour after placing our order, the food arrived. It was hot and fresh. My mushroom chicken was very tasty and I would order it again. My son's sesame chicken was too spicy for him, so he didn't eat it. Everything tasted good. About an hour after we ate, I drank nearly a full bottle of water because I felt very thirsty. This tells me that the food had a ton of salt and/or MSG in it. I'm generally not a fan of too much salt, but it tasted good going down. read more

They have a few tables which mail and boxes are spread all over so it's basically carry out/Delivery. The first time here I was not impressed, but everybody has a bad day and deserves a do/over? I ordered a pork egg roll which was not made on sight. Hot and sour soup, which was OK. It's easily the worst I've ever had but palatable my main entrée was house special spicy Thai noodles. This entrée was not even close. I've never had sauerkraut on my Chinese food before, but it was mixed in with the noodles and at first I thought it was kimchi or cabbage, but it wasn't. It was sauerkraut. again, the food was edible, but there are many better choices in Medina. Inside of the pick up area is a mess after two tries on a very slow night I'm done. Please take my advice. Extremely fast and the little girl working in the front is super sweet! Good location, easy to get and out of. I ordered the veggie lo mein and the fried dumplings. I love the dumplings. They are more long and skinny, rather than the normal little and fat. They are more crispy and I really like that about them. Definitely going back. read more

They deliver to the Medina Hampton for $1 if you order a min of $12. That said, the 45-60 minute quoted delivery time was closer to an hour and a half. But, they remembered everything AND everything was hot. And most of it was pretty darn good. Sesame Chicken combination was dark meat, but plentiful, no scary pieces and the sauce had some kick. Includes pork fried rice and an egg roll for less than $8. The Hot and Sour soup was delicious. Perfectly spicy and sour, chock full of stuff. $2. Add a bag of shrimp chips for $0.75! Great food and even better service! I ordered wontons (meaning cream cheese rangoons) and they delivered fried wontons. I called to see what happened, and they delivered me crab rangoons within 20 minutes and didn't charge for the wontons. They didn't have to do that, because after all, it was my communication error. I have ordered multiple times via phone to restaurant and when a child takes your order- hang up! The girl and/ or boy that answers are very rude and hateful. We love this place. We order at least once a week and typically have it delivered. It's always hot and the food is delicious. We have a family of four which includes two grown boys. We order quite a variety of dishes. I'm not a big fan of the bone in ribs but will try the boneless soon. Love the egg rolls. Wonton egg drop soup is the best I've had. I have ordered here a few times, the food is usually okay, but there's much better options in medina. The service is AWFUL. I've ordered delivery from them and they forget to bring things, and it's really slow. It usually takes almost an hour. Once they forgot egg rolls, and when we called they said they were "too busy" to get us them. When they forgot our dumplings, they said "how do we know you're not lying" and literally hung up on me, and when I called back and said they hung up on me, they said "yeah, what do you want" and then told me I'd have to come to the restaurant and pick them up, and when I got there and expressed we were unhappy with the way she treated me on the phone, she said she never said that and that it was her son I talked to. Used Eat24 to place an online order for this restaurant, food arrived in a reasonable time frame, however there was apparently a hiccup with paying through eat24 according to the restaurant, and even though I had a receipt that I paid, whomever called me from this restaurant stating that I never paid was VERY RUDE and completely unprofessional and demanded that I pay again, stupidly and because I'm a nice person I did, and then looked at my bank account to then see two transactions, one from eat24 and one from the restaurant when I paid a second time. While it really was my mistake paying the second time and I should have told them to call Eat24 and deal with them I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to as a customer and while the food was fairly good for cheap Chinese takeout, I will NEVER deal with this restaurant ever again. The EAt24 people however were wonderful and immediately refunded my money and sent me coupons..which I will gladly use anywhere else. They're only getting one star because I had to post one. read more
