Use at your own risk. Had them come out to take care of a nasty order emitting from within a wall two months ago. Tech determined it was a dead animal in the wall. Used a thermal imaging tool to locate (possibly but not 100%). Told me initially they would scope the wall which they did not do. Sprayed some type of foam in the wall. Did not offer any alternatives to elevate the problem. Safe your money, and call someone else, I'm out $300. read more

Cody came with another worker a couple of weeks ago to inspect our attic for suspected Carpenter ants and they did an outstanding and very thorough job inspecting the area, and were very professional in their work and communication. We were concerned because we had alot of sawdust or carpenter ant frass as they call it in the attic. After they inspected the attic and crawlspace we were assured that the carpenter ants were dead and gone after a treatment they actually did in 2022. I highly recommend this company! read more

This is a value added service. They come every other month to spray and service my home. Going around with otc sprays just won't cut it. It's not that expensive to have Eradipest come and spray and if you run into issues in between your normal visits they will come and take care of the issue. We enjoyed their services for four years and we're called "out of the blue" that they were coming to pick up the traps and cancel our service. The person who called didn't know why the service was terminated and suggested I call the main office. Repeated calls to the main office were never returned. I am still stunned that this happened. We had to start service with another provider. The only request we had for pest services was to know when they were coming since we needed to open the garage and basement. read more

Very professional. Came in, had to pull the lawn away from the house to treat, had to drill holes in the house, cement and deck to treat. This morning when I came home, everything looked wonderful, all put back into place and tidy. When they arrived, I stayed at my home for about an hour asking Eric and Cody tons of questions. We had service with them until today! The tech Cody called as I requested to let us know they would be out to do the service and i said "great thanks" Then Cody called back said he was with some guy named Jimmy and our account was not paid back in September (7 months back) so i needed to square up with them before they could do another service. Told him I paid every invoice received so if that was how they did business they could F@#@ off. Then I called the billing in Grays Harbor and got the owner and asked him to look at my payment history so i told him to look close because I paid all invoices i received. He showed my last payment for 2/2023 was paid, so i told him the same as the tech if that was the way they did business to F@#@ off. I looked at my bank records and sure as hell I had paid every other month. This company has no idea what they are doing. I would say don't waste your time with these fools. TERMITES! I recently purchased a house in Long Beach. My inspector noted termites eating my house in several places. I got to talking to my neighbors and they highly recommend Eradipest. I got a nice lady on the phone. Andrew and Roman came out for an estimate. I knew right away I wanted to hire the company. The guy that came out was knowledgeable and patiently explained different options to approach a hobo and ant problem. He was timely and very professional. I know they have a tough job and I was actually impressed when in conversation he mentioned how much he liked his job. That may not sound important, but that tells me as a customer hat he cares about doing a good job as well. I went ahead a went with the more long term treatment approach and will be continuing with bimonthly followup. I also appreciated that the company prides itself on taking the least toxic approach to pest control as well as good results. You don't like to think about what bugs can do, until you find a pile of sawdust and you suspect you have a carpenter ant infestation. That was what we were facing so we called a couple of places to arrange to get some quotes. Of all the places Eradipest was the quickest to get back to me and the first to schedule an inspection. On top of that they were able to schedule treatment before their competition were even able to come out for an inspection. They got our business. We came down for the weekend to our summer house and found poop all over the kitchen and floors, this was the last thing I wanted to find after a long trip. We called this local company and they came out the same day! Turned out it was mice and they set us up to control them. Everything went well. Eradipest is an excellent pest removal company. They responded right away to my voicemail. They gave an early appointment and got rid of my wasps cleanly. They removed the queen, but if the wasps come back they will take them out again for free. The young man they sent was professional and kind.
