Contacted Bosch (after Home Depot would not do anything) which got us in touch with Brian (the authorized Bosch service person in our area). Long story short, Brian quickly identified the problem (an installation issue). In addition, he also corrected some initial installation deficiencies and properly "re-installed" the dishwasher. He was super careful and precise. We have worked with various repair people over the years and by far, Brian is the best in all respects. Great attitude and great work -- a perfect combination. I see some negative Yelp reviews but they shouldn't cast your expectations in a negative light. Our experience was, without exception, an incredibly good one. Thank you Brian!

He only replies to emails if you threaten to withold payment and have someone else finish the job. He installs improper electrical components and oh, by the way, has multiple violations registered against him on the WA state labor and industries webpage. A week after he finally finished the job I got a letter from Pacific county stating the job was not permitted. You'll never believe it but he won't return my calls or emails so I filled out the permit application myself and sent in the check. Shame on me for choosing Stowe Mechanical to do the work.
