Contacted Bosch (after Home Depot would not do anything) which got us in touch with Brian (the authorized Bosch service person in our area). Long story short, Brian quickly identified the problem (an installation issue). In addition, he also corrected some initial installation deficiencies and properly "re-installed" the dishwasher. He was super careful and precise. We have worked with various repair people over the years and by far, Brian is the best in all respects. Great attitude and great work -- a perfect combination. I see some negative Yelp reviews but they shouldn't cast your expectations in a negative light. Our experience was, without exception, an incredibly good one. Thank you Brian!
