Super reasonable rates! I made appt for Jacob; he arrived on time, did a walkthru with a nifty device that estimated square feet of exposed carpet (we left big items like couches/beds in place) gave us the bid on the spot, and explained the two methods. We opted for the highpressure water based treatment. Carpets came out very very good given the amount of 'spot damage' from our two little doggies (be aware they cant completely get it out, and water cleaning will cause some 'wicking up' from underlying carpet pad). Everything bright clean. Jacob was very professional, knowledgeable and quick, We're very happy, highly recommended!

Double D construction was the subcontractor doing the work. They would come in, work for a short time, or no time, and leave without telling us when they'd be back. They would leave drink cups and cans in the middle of the floor. They would leave woodwork they pulled out laying in walkways with nails sticking up. They would move things into walkways, block the walkway, and just leave it there. I contacted Service Master innumerable times about issues. Finally one day the workmen just stopped coming. When I called to find out when they would be back, I was told that they were finished. They weren't. I sent a list of all the things yet to be finished. The manager from Service Master came back, did one or two little things and left. The job is still not finished.
