Update: Owner sent me a message saying "F-U". I think this is a true testament to their level of service.

M&F does business as Cesar's & this past week we had them out twice to install a replacement faucet & pipe on a hose bib, & repair a leak in the shower. On both ocassions we had excellent plumbers who quickly diagnosed the problem, told us what was required, & how long it would take. They were professional, timely & fixed both problems quickly. On top of that, they were able to make the service calls the same day we called which almost unheard of anymore. We're very happy with Cesar's & highly recommend them to anyone needing an honest, skilled & timely plumbing service. read more

This contractor is taking advantage of the elderly population and should be reported to the better business bureau. I have had him do a couple jobs now and at first did not notice what his scam was. After he did an easy sewer repair for my in-laws, they were concerned when they saw the invoice and wondered why they were paying an apprentice $90 an hour to just stand there the whole time. After he did a job for me, I had to go back over everything and re-do it. Then I got the invoice. $1657.00 for about 3 hours of work and maybe $30 in parts. I called him immediately and he agreed to $500 in cash. I told him that he was taking advantage of people who did not know any better and could not get away with that kind of scam in other places. Later that night he texted me and demanded that I bring him the cash to his house. It was threatening and made my family very uncomfortable. The invoice said I had two weeks till the payment was due. He has since erased the invoice he sent to me and has replaced it with some other persons so now I can not share it but here's the bottom line. Good Contractors in this area are hard to find. There are many who know that they can get away with doing shotty work and overcharging. DO NOT USE CEZARS PLUMBING. This needs to be reported and stopped. Please share. read more

Cesars Plumbing is the BEST!! We needed a small leak fixed and had a really bad experience with another company right out the door. We were driving through our neighborhood and saw their truck at a house being constructed and decided to give them a call a few days later. So glad we did! He was available within an hour, even though we said it was not an emergency. He showed up wearing a mask and voluntarily removed his shoes prior to entering. He replaced some parts and fixed the leak for a very reasonable fee, as well. Highly recommend!!! read more

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Derrick and the team at M&F Plumbing. They were recommended to me by Cannon Beach Conference Center. They did what they said they would do, and when they said they would do it, and made sure everything was completed to satisfaction. Derrick was a great communicator and was always available for any questions and he did a fantastic job clarifying parts of the job along the way. So glad to have found this company for future work. read more

I utilized a plumber and his trainee on 9/30 to unhook and move a gas stove, remove a garbage disposal and two vanity sinks. They were here not even an hour. When I got the bill I was charged for 2.25 hours for each of them with a charge out rate of $160 per hour or $360 total. I called to dispute the charge and they were able to lower the fee. But a word of caution: ask what amount of time they are going to charge for before they leave. They did good work and were pleasant and accommodating to deal with. read more

Great plumber, really knew his stuff! I would definitely use them again! Jeremy was a good problem solver and did an excellent job.

Overcharged. Worked one hour - billed for two hours. Tightened three faucets!! The plumber was continually making suggestive and obscene remarks. A most disappointing experience in every sense of the word. read more

Incredible service! My wife and I had talked about replacing toilets in our home for a long time but it wasn't until we saw a ad for a internet site Home Adviser that we did anything about it. I typed in plumber described my need and like most folks followed the prompts. I was not comfortable completing the form for fear of getting calls from all over the country. I was pleasantly surprised that two local plumbers came up and that was it. I closed down my inquiry and continued my daily chores. The following morning at 9:00 A.M. I got a call from M&F. It was the owner. He asked if it was a emergency since it was Sunday and then gave me a price a time and told me he would have his plumber there on the first call the next day! They performed beautifully! In at 8 out at 10:20. Very professional! We are very very happy! I would recommend these people for any plumping job! No stress, No hidden prices, No mess left behind. These guys exceed my expectations! read more
