Took our credit card over the phone as well to avoid unnecessary contact. Ben, the owner/operator arrived and quickly went to work assessing our tanks; he said we were probably good for another year but I opted to go ahead and get it done. Ben was very knowledgeable and eager to share information, I learned alot about my septic system, showed me the filter and how to clean it out and how often, and he also gave advice on a few things he observed (intake pipe should be adjusted for grade; tree that we planted could be a problem in a few years, best to move it now) He also took time, after I asked him about the 4 cleanouts, to show me how they worked. For my 1000+ gal tank the total came to $565 for pumping after tax. Fast, friendly efficient\, knowledgable - i'd enthusiastically recommend Evergreen Septic to anyone who asked.
