Except across the street on a vacant lot there are tall trees obstructing the view. So I inquired with the City to obtain a permit. That was four years ago. After a "Geotechnical Survey", "Soil Compaction Analysis, a certified arborist's (Arbor Care) plan, and many thousands of dollars, Arbor Care cut down two 100ft tall trees leaving the stumps and logs to become "Nursery Logs" that protect and nurture new growth. Arbor Care worked well with the City and the plan was completed exactly as I had pictured.

Last summer we had a gas line leak outside the house. I called to report smelling gas and they responded immediately sending a tech out within the hour to assess. The tech shut down the lines and instructed me on how to coordinate with the gas company. I really appreciate having this company on our side and highly recommend them. They aren't the cheapest, but their prices are reasonable and fair.

However, the owner was not as upfront and informative as he shoud have been. We called to get a breaker replaced for the water heater. He sent a truck to our home with two service technicians. Long story short, he admitted that it was a one person job but since he had two techs in the truck he billed us for both. The bill was 750.00 to replace one breaker. When we complained, he said, "I'm sorry we are to expensive for you." If I was told that two technicians were coming and being billed as such, I would have called another company. You decide for yourself if this is fair business or not.
