Then right before Christmas we had a pipe break under the house which soaked most of the insulation and ruined a bunch of the subfloor. Darby's Tile Works is the best! My wife and I recently purchased a townhome in Seaside and had the…read morekitchen cabinets resurfaced and a new countertop installed. We thought we'd be able to keep the old tile backsplash, but it had to be removed when the new countertops were installed. We don't have a relationship with any local contractors, so we turned to Google and found Darby's Title Works. After viewing some of their pictures online and being very impressed with their work, I gave them a call. Darby was quick to respond, met me onsite (around my schedule), and provide an estimate while onsite at his initial visit. He and his better half (his lovely wife Amber) were a joy to work with; friendly, honest and reliable. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work performed. He is very meticulous, making sure every tile was perfectly set before moving on to the next. We will be hiring DTW again to tile our fireplace and floors. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation. If you're in the need for tile work, Darby is your man!

I would give negative stars if I could. Whatever you do, don't hire this company. As others have…read morestated on other websites, they only work a few hours a day, don't show up for many days, have very poor quality and take your money and run. I hired this company in 2020 to do a bathroom remodel and replace our woodwork. We had to continually have work redone. They increased the frame size in all my windows which has now caused my custom shades to be 1" narrower than the frame, showing the window on both sides. When they installed our new porcelain tub, they dropped a tool on it and left a large chip. We explained the tub needed replacing or it needed to be re-glazed. They hired a contractor to "paint" our tub, which after 3 uses bubbled. Coast infinity would not respond for correction of this issue as they had received my final payment. In fact, they claimed to have not received my final payment so I sent the payment thru Venmo at their promise to return my check. They cashed the check and would not return the $2500 overpayment. I have now received a judgment against them for this overpayment.
