Their work was uneven and quite expensive: they charged monthly whether they came or not, and at one point forgot about my property completely. I recently found out that my place had not been visited in months, just as it was coming into peak season. I wrote, and was told that they halted some maintenance services and sent out letters (I never received one, and didn't get a response when I politely asked for a copy after the fact). They were ultimately unprofessional from beginning to end. I've found another responsible provider. To Eagle I say: good riddance.

I told Johnathan I wanted regular lawn care in the summer months and in the off-season I would want other things done such as pruning hydrangeas and trimming hedges, etc. I was satisfied with his regular lawn care but in the off-season he continued billing me monthly without doing the work. I think he didn't expect me to go to the house and see that he hadn't done the work. I called Johnathan to ask why the work wasn't being done and to make sure he knew what I wanted done and he said he understood, he just hadn't gotten to it. When I came out to the property two months later the work still hadn't been done while he continued to bill me. When I called to tell him I wouldn't be paying him for unrendered services and I was cancelling his service he was indignant and said that's how business was done (that it was normal to bill monthly without doing any work).

At the end of day one (it was only supposed to take 1 day), he left without a word to me and the job unfinished. When I contacted him that evening, he said he'd be back the next day to finish up. After spending a couple more hours on my job, he disappeared without a word, never to return, and with the job still not completed to specifications. That night, he sent me an invoice. When I contacted him about the situation, he said he had underestimated the cost of the job and quit before he lost any more money! Now I have to find someone else to complete the job he was hired for. Hard worker, but bad businessman and communicator.

They were patient with my uncertainties with plant placement and didn't rush me through my process. I felt heard and understood by all of them. They completed every task they were asked to, speedily and patiently. I didn't hear a single complaint yet I know my native soil here is hell to dig in. I'm not singling out individuals because they were all exceptional and their teamwork was impressive. We are happy campers and will remember your crew every time we look at our new landscape. This store has a great selection of rarer houseplants and two super cute kitties in the store! He apologized for being double booked and showed up later that day. Adam had very good information for me regarding the job and gave me a really good verbal quote saying he would email me the written quote. Never did. After a few days I called the company and had to leave a message asking them to please send me the quote, but they never did. Guess they don't need the work. Very disappointing. I hope they do good work when they do manage to show up.
