Double D construction was the subcontractor doing the work. They would come in, work for a short time, or no time, and leave without telling us when they'd be back. They would leave drink cups and cans in the middle of the floor. They would leave woodwork they pulled out laying in walkways with nails sticking up. They would move things into walkways, block the walkway, and just leave it there. I contacted Service Master innumerable times about issues. Finally one day the workmen just stopped coming. When I called to find out when they would be back, I was told that they were finished. They weren't. I sent a list of all the things yet to be finished. The manager from Service Master came back, did one or two little things and left. The job is still not finished.

We contacted them after we were hit with flooding on December 9th, 2025. Our garage, carport, back…read morehallway, deck, and sheds were all flooded with up to two and a half feet of water. We sent pics and details of the damage. We were told multiple times that we would be contacted with an estimate for the service, and every time we contacted, we were told that they were "in the field" and would call back, but never did. This went on for over a week. My wife is a disabled Army veteran. I have severe chronic back issues, and I'm currently awaiting an appointment with a specialist to determine if I have cancer. ServiceMaster completely turned their backs on us in a time of need and refused to even communicate with us. It was another blow that was absolutely devastating following the massive loss we experienced from the flood. Needless to say, we eventually gave up on the company altogether. The cleanup still continues. I will NEVER recommend their service to anyone.

Chimcare came out and removed my chimney. I wasn't in the house when they did the removal. Chimco…read moredidn't do an asbestos test as required. Chimco brought a dog into my house (I do not have a dog, I have a cat). Chimco penned the dog up in my kitchen pantry area, and it defecated many times. It was cleaned up very poorly. Chimco didn't clean up any of the dust, let the dog run around the house, I had dog paw prints everywhere. Chimco didn't put any plastic up to keep the dust away from the kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms. I spent three days cleaning up the mess. Chimco covered the hole in the roof with a tarp, held together by painters tape. Yes, the blue tape that isn't designed to stick to much. After the worker stated he'd been released from prison, he didn't put the key back where it was supposed to be. Chimco did not give me the key back. They still haven't. I paid to have all locks re-keyed. When I spoke to the owner (Jesse) he said I had every right to be upset, but if I wanted any money back, it would come out of the employees check, Jesse explained that the dog was there as an emotional support animal, the employee was going through a tough divorce and the dog makes him feel better. I paid $5,000.00 to have the chimney removed. Chimco did very bad work. I don't recommend them.
