They cleaned up the yard so well we thought they didn't even come to do the job! So unfortunately…read morewe called Evergreen all upset and confused because it looked like they hadn't done anything but thankfully the employees were patient and explained that yes they had been there and yes they cleaned up the yard really well because the point is for it to not be noticeable. Can't say the same about other companies- our sewage inspection with a different company left the yard totally messed up. Evergreen is your best option

Took our credit card over the phone as well to avoid unnecessary contact. Ben, the owner/operator arrived and quickly went to work assessing our tanks; he said we were probably good for another year but I opted to go ahead and get it done. Ben was very knowledgeable and eager to share information, I learned alot about my septic system, showed me the filter and how to clean it out and how often, and he also gave advice on a few things he observed (intake pipe should be adjusted for grade; tree that we planted could be a problem in a few years, best to move it now) He also took time, after I asked him about the 4 cleanouts, to show me how they worked. For my 1000+ gal tank the total came to $565 for pumping after tax. Fast, friendly efficient\, knowledgable - i'd enthusiastically recommend Evergreen Septic to anyone who asked. Evergreen Septic has two Yelp listings, one in Long Beach, one in Ocean Park, not sure which would be the right one to keep

I am glad Taft takes on small jobs as well as the big ones!…read moreI needed a refrigerator water line installed, I called on a Thursday and the polite gentleman told me that they should be able to get to me within a few days, putting me on 'a list'. Monday morning arrived, and got a call from tech Mike that he's ready to come out and could be there in 'ten minutes' - now, realize, that most people 'working from home' on a monday morning, arent entirely dressed lol, so it was a bit of a rush to get some pants on before Mike showed up lol Anyway, Mike surveyed the situation, made a good decision for placement of the outlet, turned off the water, opened a hole in the wall and had it quickly installed. Nice job I didnt realize that Taft doesnt do the finishing work (drywall) and that I will have to complete that part of it. On the phone I was quoted $95/hr for labor (reasonable for loaded labor rate), and I assume my bill will be in the $200 range or under, so am happy with that. They dont charge on the spot, they send you a bill. I'd recommend Taft and if i need addl plumbing work would call them again.

No stars at all . I called them to fix a water leak. They assured me that they would be here…read moretomorrow. That was over 2 weeks ago. I was told that they would be there. They NEVER showed up. As a result of their lack of service, I now have to pay a 423 dollar water bill. I own 120 of the bill. Like every month. Obviously they have never heard the term "plausible reliance ". Your company may want to contact an attorney to explain it to you. If not, mine will!! In my opinion, you owe me 300 dollars and I intend to collect! Not a very good business plan.
