They failed to address the issue at all and offered poor quality service from start to finish. I had to call a different service provider who promptly addressed the issues. They also noted that A&A used bait that is very ineffective. Overall, I couldn't be more displeased with this service.

This company truly is as good as it gets! I was nervous about calling a pest control place after…read morediscovering little black bugs under my bed after waking up with bites, which only happened twice in 2 months, but fearful of having caught bedbugs from being in the healthcare field, I was completely on it! Oh, this happened on Friday evening when I discovered the little bugs. And it being labor day weekend, I had until Tuesday to "educate" myself about bedbugs. My god there is So much online about these pests! Too much. I bought D. E., coasters for my bed, a bed cover made for bb's. Finally on Tuesday morning I phoned Sprague - mainly because they are the only one in town (as far as I could tell) that offered a Bed Bug Sniffing Dog!! And, Heat Treatment - which if I had them, I would be interested in to stay away from pesticides. Anyway, calling into a pest control place was intimidating because the internet is so incredibly fear based when considering bed bugs. I was going out of my mind thinking I had a nightmare on my hands. So I'm calling them knowing I am vulnerable and nervous they were going to freak me out even more and offer an expensive treatment that I may not need. My experience was farthest from that fear! Dawn (I believe her name is) was so exceptionally kind and informative. She wasn't convinced that I had bed bugs. She mentioned that the Carpet Beetle looks a lot like bedbugs - and - that might be what I had encountered with the bite marks. We scheduled Alice (the bed bug sniffing dog) over to my office which is where I would have gotten bed bugs. Eckhard showed up and was incredibly kind and funny. He was very easy going, and incredibly informative. Alice went through my office with no problem. Then Eckhard showed me a vial with live bed bugs in it!!! So cool! Because they were totally different than what I was expecting (online pictures really portray them to be smaller than they are), and he showed me what Alice does when she finds the vial. It was so so amazing. He sat me down and showed me a folder with all of the bed bug sheet samples, and loads of pictures, and gave me a fact sheet on bed bugs. The most impressive thing about Eckhard was that I really got a sense that he genuinely cared and was an ethical person. He spent 45 minutes with me talking to me about bedbug stories, and, he himself experiments with bed bugs to get to know their behavior so he can better detect and treat them. Honestly Yelp community, I was so impressed with this company, I opened up an account just to review them. I have recently been really taken advantage of buying a car (at Broadway Toyota), and, thought to open something up because it was so over the top awful experience, but I stayed away from doing it. (My friends rallied behind me and wrote letters themselves!) But truly, this was an experience where I could have been taken advantage of easily (I mean after a handful of sleep disturbed nights, and the desperation of Internet negativity about bedbugs.) But these people were above and beyond trustworthy, kind, educated and put everything in perspective. It was well worth the money (not that much money for Alice to sniff things out), and I have such peace of mind now, I am truly thankful! I recommend this company to anyone struggling with diagnosing and detecting bed bugs, or really any other pests. I'm surprised I'm the first one to write about them!
