If you want to go bare, just do it. it is completely ok! I observed that american cultural habits lean toward being covered. Massage- Lily offered exceptional service, taking her time to explain things to me and made me comfortable. My friend had Nala and said it was very good experience if you park your car in the Winchester lot, the first 2 hours are free. paid per hour after that. no validation checking out after the spa was a bit confusing because it's the same room as people checking in. people were scattered around the room and not sure who was behind who in line or where to go. once it got to my turn, the process was wonderful and went smoothly am definitely returning for more relaxation. we all need it sometimes!

What made Immersion special was the sense of freedom and relaxation the moment you walked through the door. The spa is thoughtfully organized, very clean, and beautifully maintained. You store your belongings in secure lockers, receive a waterproof wristband, and then the entire experience begins. I always arrived at least 90 minutes before my massage so I could fully enjoy the amenities. That extra time was part of the magic. My favorite features included: * The hot tub and invigorating cold plunge * The wet sauna and dry sauna * The gentle, calming warmth of the Himalayan salt room * Complimentary roasted tea and water * High-quality bath and shower products in the women's area * A peaceful, well-run environment with clear structure and cleanliness standards Everything felt intentional and relaxing. My go-to service was always the Fusion massage, which blends shiatsu and deep tissue techniques using organic coconut oil. I watched others experience it, and while many people love it, it looked a little too intense for my taste. That said, the massages and spa amenities are absolutely exceptional. Before I could even get dressed, I was repeatedly asked how much I was going to tip and was told the tip had to be paid in cash. I had actually planned on leaving a generous tip, but being pressured and demanded to tip immediately changed that. Oh, and let's not forget that they also require you to pay for the massage upfront before the service even begins. When I questioned why I was being pressured over a tip, the employee tried to block the door and insisted that every customer is required to tip. Tipping should be voluntary, and situations like this make the overall experience very uncomfortable. Tipping culture is getting completely out of control, especially at some of these massage parlors.
