The massage room was…read moresimple, clean and inviting with comfortable temperature and graceful piano melodies playing softly in the background during my session. I received excellent firm pressure from my masseuse as she did a thorough job working on the typical areas (back, shoulders, arms, calves), as well as my hamstrings, head, and a little bit of my feet. The use of her forearms and elbows was effective, and she even found and focused on the knots in my back. Service involved minimal communication, with limited english spoken, both at the front desk and during my treatment. I paid beforehand with a credit card, which included a $2 fee, and tipped in cash afterward. A pretty straightforward process. Parking in the Milpitas Square plaza was a pain. If you have an appointment on a weekend, I recommend coming early and giving yourself enough time to secure a spot.

The…read moremassage itself was decent nothing amazing, but it got the job done and helped work out some knots. The therapist was professional enough, the room was clean, and the ambiance was relaxing with decent music and lighting. What brought it down for me was the tipping pressure. She asked for my $20 tip after my session, which felt a bit pushy for the level of service I received. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't memorable either. For the price point, it's an okay option if you're in the area and need something convenient, but I probably won't be rushing back. Solid average experience.

I called about an hour prior to the time I wanted and they gave me a slot. I opted for a 90 minutes Thai massage. It was more like the regular chinese massage but there were some stretching done. They use oil to massage my back and wiped it off with hot towel after. The masseuse had good strength and pressure points which I appreciate. You get slightly lower rates if you pay with cash. Room and restroom were clean and the music was not loud. Overall, I had a good experience getting a massage here.

Before I could even get dressed, I was repeatedly asked how much I was going to tip and was told the tip had to be paid in cash. I had actually planned on leaving a generous tip, but being pressured and demanded to tip immediately changed that. Oh, and let's not forget that they also require you to pay for the massage upfront before the service even begins. When I questioned why I was being pressured over a tip, the employee tried to block the door and insisted that every customer is required to tip. Tipping should be voluntary, and situations like this make the overall experience very uncomfortable. Tipping culture is getting completely out of control, especially at some of these massage parlors.

I went for the massage plus facial package and I'd recommend skipping the facial. My mom had the same thing and ended up with product on her face that didn't come off for a while. As for the massage, the masseuses are following a routine and don't customize it to you. BUT, if that's what you're looking for, it's great! The benefit of the facial was that you get some more massage during that time as well. My comments may not sound like 4 stars but pricing is a lot lower than other places and I think everyone was nice and did what was expected. I was also able to book a massage fore two people at the same time on a Friday afternoon. So if you want a generic and affordable massage, come here!

Unfortunately, there was a significant communication issue, and despite explaining what we wanted, she ended up receiving only a foot massage for the entire hour. We didn't get the service we paid for or requested, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a special experience for my mom. I understand that language barriers can happen, but it's important to make sure customers' requests are clearly understood before the service begins. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope the business improves communication with customers to prevent this from happening to others.

First the staff are warm, professional, and helpful every time I come in. I have used their services for foot massage, back massage, and my favorite, the massage where they walk on the back. I have a background in kinesiology and it is clear that the massage therapists are very knowledgeable in the musculoskeletal system and are very skilled in their techniques. Each time I come in, they focus on any request I have, for example my forearm was tight from my sport, and they were able to work on exactly what I needed. I left feeling so much more relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere is always calm, including other patrons. Highly recommend!

The pressure was consistently excessive despite my repeated requests to ease up. Even after specifically asking them to avoid my lower back. They continued to target it causing sharp pain. The technique relied entirely on harsh use of elbows and forearms rather than hands making the entire session an uncomfortable and physically taxing ordeal. The experience turned from bad to worse at the front desk. I was already feeling dizzy and drained so I was trying to leave quickly. The staff stopped me to demand a tip, even though I had already prepared 20% in cash. After I handed it over, there was no "thank you" and no professional acknowledgment. Instead, I was met with a prolonged silent stare that felt completely hostile and awkward. I went in for therapeutic care and was met with physical pain and unprofessional rude behavior. The massage itself was fine, but the experience afterward left me extremely uncomfortable due to how the tipping situation was handled. At the end of the service, I only had a $10 bill and politely asked if they could make change. It was not because I was unwilling to tip or trying to leave only a $5 tip. I simply needed some of the cash for something else afterward. I was told they did not have change available and was then told I could use Apple Pay instead, which I was willing to do. However, once I mentioned the amount I planned to tip digitally, I was met with the comment, "Oh, the massage is not good enough?" which I found very unprofessional and awkward. At no point did I complain about the massage or say it was not good enough. The interaction made me feel so uncomfortable that I ended up just leaving the full $10 cash tip and leaving. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled completely changed the tone of the experience for me. I will not be returning, and I truly think staff should handle tipping situations in a more professional and respectful manner.

Unfortunately, the customer service I received over the phone was disappointing. I called because I was interested in becoming a new client and wanted to schedule an appointment. I greeted the receptionist when she answered, but there was no greeting in return. I explained that I was calling to schedule a new-client appointment, and her immediate response was, "OK, what date are you looking at?" I then asked what the schedule looked like, but rather than answering my question, she continued asking what specific days I was looking for. She also interrupted me while I was speaking. The issue was not necessarily the question she asked, but the tone and manner in which they were communicated. It came across as very abrupt, dismissive, and as though assisting me was an inconvenience. At one point, she said, "We are open 7 days a week, so what days are you looking at?" Again, it was the tone and delivery that made the interaction feel unprofessional. At that point, I decided not to move forward with scheduling an appointment and chose to look elsewhere. I understand that everyone can have a busy day, but when someone is calling as a potential new client, a basic level of courtesy and professionalism can make a big difference. Given the positive reviews I had seen, I was expecting a much better first impression.

The towels smelled clean and the place seemed okay overall. However, I do feel the massage could have focused more on my tension areas I wish I had spoken up more about that. What really made my experience negative was the situation with the tip. I left a $20 tip, and the owner approached me saying there were three people and that I should tip more. That made me very uncomfortable. Tipping should be optional and based on the customer's experience, not something you are pressured into. If I had loved the massage, I would have gladly tipped more on my own. But being asked for more like that completely ruined it for me, and I will not be returning. Just a heads-up for others: be prepared to be asked for a higher tip, and the environment did not feel very family-friendly, with women wearing very short dresses.
