Staff was friendly and professional, and my masseuse was amazing. She used both strength and technique to provide relief and relaxation during my treatment, a combination of stretching and targeting muscles in the most effective way for each body part. This includes my back, neck, head, shoulders, and arms, but also the parts that other massage therapists rarely do effectively, such as the inner hamstrings, shins, and peroneal muscles of the legs. The face rubbing was unnecessary IMO. But the overall massage, paired with soothing piano melodies playing in the background, made for a pleasurable experience. When I explained that the appointment had already been confirmed earlier, I was then told that the therapist had been booked for another client about 10 minutes prior and asked if I wanted to move my massage to 8:00 PM instead. My answer was no. Situations like this are the easiest way to lose long-time customers. Confirming an appointment and then failing to honor it less than an hour before scheduled time reflects poor customer service and poor coordination. I don't see her anymore because sometimes her nails were too long and they had an annoying unpleasant sensation which was very distracting. Siri has mostly been good. I think you need to find which massage and therapist work best for your body and needs. Parking is good and the receptionist is really nice and knowledgeable about the different types of massage.
