I visited on a Saturday evening and got a one-hour deep tissue massage. The massage room was simple, clean and inviting with comfortable temperature and graceful piano melodies playing softly in the background during my session. I received excellent firm pressure from my masseuse as she did a thorough job working on the typical areas (back, shoulders, arms, calves), as well as my hamstrings, head, and a little bit of my feet. The use of her forearms and elbows was effective, and she even found and focused on the knots in my back. Service involved minimal communication, with limited english spoken, both at the front desk and during my treatment. I paid beforehand with a credit card, which included a $2 fee, and tipped in cash afterward. A pretty straightforward process. Parking in the Milpitas Square plaza was a pain. If you have an appointment on a weekend, I recommend coming early and giving yourself enough time to secure a spot. read more

I went to this massage place for a standard 90 -minute session and overall it was pretty mid. The massage itself was decent nothing amazing, but it got the job done and helped work out some knots. The therapist was professional enough, the room was clean, and the ambiance was relaxing with decent music and lighting. What brought it down for me was the tipping pressure. She asked for my $20 tip after my session, which felt a bit pushy for the level of service I received. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't memorable either. For the price point, it's an okay option if you're in the area and need something convenient, but I probably won't be rushing back. Solid average experience. read more

I have been here .many times before. It used to be fine. But today I just saw new staff, the place was smelling at bit. I ignored the signs and then the massage was bad. (Rough hard, not focusing on all areas; to a point where I was in more pain when I walked out). Done with this. Not going there unless it is one of the known previous staff. I don't trust new people to know what they are doing. read more

I suddenly felt like getting a massage and found this place. They accept walk-ins, which was super convenient. Sophia did an amazing job!! the massage was really, really good. Their prices are also very reasonable. As someone who needs massages regularly because of work, this place is honestly a hidden gem I'm so glad I found. Thank you, Sophia! read more

The massage was really great. I got a standard Swedish massage for $65 which is a good price. I have to take away a star because when I gave my masseuse a $12 tip (18%), she asked me to tip more. At least $20 she said. I did it because I don't like confrontation over money but a $20 tip is 30%... not very reasonable. The price of the massage should just be increased. read more

I was searching for massage places around the south bay area. This one popped up. It's an establishment led by ladies who clearly have experience in all kinds of massages over many years. They were accommodating, and gave us extra time because it was a very busy day. To get to the bread and butter.. hows the massages? Simply amazing. I highly reccomend Perfect Healing Spa center for anyone who wants the full value from trained professionals. My friend and I did the hot stone massage, and the entire experience was therapeutic. Am going again alone tmw. Also be fair. Don't call, reserve and cancel. Help small businesses. Tony read more

I had a good relaxing massage. I would recommend to anyone looking for a masseuse near Milpitas.

I'd probably rate this a 3.5 star. It was a standard, clean massage spot. Was in the area and needed to get some kinks out of my back. Called and had immediate availability. The lady I had was good, strong, but not super consistent. Forgot areas I asked not to massage and started off with medium pressure when I booked a deep tissue. What I received seems more like a firm Swedish massage. Would I do it again? Yes, but there are better options out there. read more

I have been here more than a few times and I can confidently say it was one of the best massage experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere is incredibly calming--clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated to help you immediately relax. I leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and completely free of tension. 10/10! read more

Mia is wonderful! She has great technique. Definitely coming back and recommending. Thank you!

No frills massage spot - rooms are plain but seem clean in the dim lighting. They emphasize that they sanitize between each person, but this should be the norm at these types of establishments anyway? I appreciated that my masseuse kept checking in with me during my massage, but her constant question of "ok?" actually made the experience less relaxing. Also, despite feeling alright during the session, my lower back ached in the following 2 days. You can also hear all the outside noises, making it a not-so-relaxing experience. Overall, it was ok except for the following: my 60 minute session was only 50 minutes long and the masseuse scoffed at my 15%+ tip. I checked the clock in the room just to see how many minutes I'd be jipped (5 minutes is typical, but 10 minutes of a 60 minute session is a bit excessive). I found it weird to prepay before the massage to begin with, but just wanted to bolt out when I heard the lady scoff at my tip in Chinese; she didn't realize I could understand the language I guess. Not a terrible spot if you need a massage last minute, I called in 2 hour prior and heard someone call in an hour before, but just be prepared to tip way more and deal with being jipped a bit of time! read more

This was my second time here, and the worst massage ive ever had. The masseuse is rude and doesn't know what she's doing. She recommended deep tissue massage, which is $10 more, but I don't think it's any different from the first time I had. And she asked for $20 tips after I complained about her service. I asked her name at the end, but she refused to tell me. Yeah, this will be my last time visiting here. Stay away. To the owner, I had 1hr massage on 7/13, from 4:40-5:40. Hopefully you know who that is. read more

The massage itself was fine but this place has now twice not been able to honor me booking two massages at the same time. Both times it happened, I had called ahead of time to request two massages for my fiancée and I and both times they thought I had only booked one massage, resulting in one of us having to leave and not get one. The first time I thought it was an honest mistake but it seems to be a trend. And then after it happened the second time and only my fiancée could get a massage, they asked her to double her tip as she was leaving. Even when she was already giving a standard 15% tip. Not very professional practice if you ask me. read more

Happened to be in the area and went in for a massage. I did the 90 minute massage and was happy they could take a walk in. The ambience and relaxing atmosphere was however non existent. There was a light on the whole time in the massage room and there was no calming music or essences for a calming feeling. The massage therapist was good but kept getting interrupted to leave the room 2-3 times and broke the flow of the massage. It was also strange that you had to pay ahead of the massage and were asked to tip after depending on the massage duration. They also charge an additional $2 for credit card so would better to bring cash. The whole experience was not great and will not be returning. read more

Well Really since I moved to this area, I have been looking for a good place to have my massages, and luckily, after trying different places. I found this wonderful place.I was treated in a great way. The receptionist was very polite and cordial and received me with a smile from ear to ear.. The person who gave me the massage was phenomenal. I can only say that she was fantastic. Her name is Wendy. She asked about the areas where I wanted a little more work. she would ask me if she was putting too much pressure or if she was hurting me. beautiful communication. Good English. I am absolutely going back to this place and recommend. read more

Had a stiff neck & it was immediately relieved after leaving this spot. They're not shy of getting in there to release your knots!

It's good service at good price. And I particularly like it that it's walk in welcomed.

This place is near Ranch 99, and is quite good. The massage beds are heated and the staff is really skilled. Definitely on the upper end of massage places! Wendy did great massage. Prices are comparable to others read more

Wendy and Annie are by far the best Asian massage therapists I have been treated in the South Bay Area. Both of them know how to deliver a proper deep tissue massage - I had back and shoulder tightness from lifting weights and they both know how to go deep and consistently in the knots. The place is in a shopping plaza, parking can be chaotic at times, depending on the day, but for the most part as soon as you enter the room, you will get a relaxing vibe. PS: many times they will insist for $20 tip - which is very well deserved. read more

Wendy gave me an awesome massage! I added hot stone to a deep tissue massage and it was wonderful. I explained that did a 20 mile walk that morning and my feet were sore and she said normally foot massage is not included but she accommodated. I will definitely be going back! read more

A star for the receptionist, she was kind and accommodating. The massage itself was not pleasant and I would not recommend. Some things I didn't like that my masseuse did: - she put her elbow on my spine - she used her elbow on my ribcage - privacy was lacking--both my partner and I would have appreciated being covered up more, and give a heads up when the cover is being moved - the whole massage was so rough and random. I came in sore and I walked out even more sore, knees aching, and with a massive headache To be fair, I should have walked out mid massage. Hopefully the morning crew is better, this place does have good reviews. read more

Was searching around for a massage place near home and ran into Perfect Healing. I get massages alot so I am pretty picky with mine. Its been hard to find a decent place that is clean and affordable. So glad I ran into Wendy today. My back has been extremely sore, probably due to computer work and poor posture. I asked Wendy to focus on my upper and lower back regions. She hit the right spots and I feel good as new now. Wendy definitely knows what she is doing. I will come back in the future. read more

My girlfriend and I tried this place for the first and we both agreed that we like this place. The price is reasonable and pretty standard. Wendy, my masseuse, was really good and friendly. Although this is located in a busy shopping center surrounded by restaurants and stores inside the room is quiet and clean. Maybe the best time to come in is early or late because parking can be hectic but I'll definitely come back. read more

Absolute gem. Brought the wifey and we enjoyed a deep tissue massage. The spot is very welcoming and the employees are highly skilled. They check to make sure the pressure is right and be sure to let them know if you have any areas that need particular work. They make sure to work along the muscles and the experience is very relaxing. 10/10 would recommend. The place is tucked in the corner of the Barber Ln. Ranch 99 plaza. Don't miss it. Thank you Perfect Healing Spa! We'll be back. read more

I booked 3 appointments with my friends and had a good massage. They were very accommodating, friendly, and clean. M

This is a very genuine, no frill massage place. I was greeted by friendly faces. I did the aromatherapy massage with the tea tree oil, and it smelled so relaxing, it made me think I was in an oasis somewhere near the beach or rainforest. The soft music made me forget I was in a shopping center. So don't judge a book by it's cover. This is a hidden gem! My masseuse, Mia, was a tiny framed lady with the strongest hands. When she found a troubled spot which gave me so much pain, she went an extra mile to bring me a cooling ointment which she used to massage that area, then the hot towel after, made it feel so good! I highly recommend this place! read more

Place was very clean. I did 2 hrs, one hour of scrub and one hour deep tissue. Wendy was so sweet and did a great job hitting all of my specific spots of tension. My skin was super soft and I left feeling amazing. Prices are great! Will definitely be back...maybe again this week. read more

Windy was amazing. I went in with a stiff and strained lower back and a knee that was making it very difficult for me to move. Windy took her time and applied the right pressure to remove the knots. It was a wonderful experience and felt relieved and so much better after my session. couldn't recommend this place enough. read more

HANDS DOWN the BEST massage I've ever had. I have been searching for a go to spot for the longest time and i'm so glad I finally found a spot that is relaxing, but also gets all my knots out without hurting or feeling like I need to adjust the pressure level. Wendy did AMAZING!! kept a good steady medium relaxing pressure the whole way through! Kylie I believe the receptionist was also very sweet and quick to respond over the phone when I booked! Will definitely be coming back!(-: only singular rooms due to small staff so definitely call ahead and book over the phone as well! As for pricing, literally soooo good! glad we took the chance at this new spot! read more

I have been having neck and back pains for awhile. Wendy was very nice and courteous. Not even a minute she laid her hand on my back she knew where my pain was and she worked on it. I will really come back! Thank you so much!!! read more

It's not your average fancy looking massage place, but it is safe to say that it's decent looking and it's clean. Upon entering, we were greeted by kylie, and she greeted us with a big smile, and she was accommodating and very friendly. This place doesn't have a foul smell or too much scent that's out of the ordinary, which i like. Me and my partner enjoyed our massage in separate rooms, and both agreed that we had a relaxing and good massage after we were done. We definitely like their service. We will definitely be back.. they could use more relaxing aroma throughout the place and more relaxing decor or ambiance that would definitely set up the mood or vibe. It's a little plain but given the fact that they're fairly new so i think thats just fair. Otherwise, great massage and great service. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you read more

Highly Recommend. Same day appointment and walking work. The place is in good location, close to 99 ranch and bunch of other restaurants, spa... in the corner, kind of, of the place so its not too noisy/ crowded. The spa is clean, nice, organized. Good music and clean restroom. The rooms have the same standard, clean, private. Relaxing Spa music. I had 2 sessions with 2 different ladies. One of them seems to be the owner so she is a little busy. Had to talk on the phone occasionally and adjust the music in the middle of the session once. But this is understandable and she apologized for had to go out for the music. They are both good and speak English. They checked if the pressure was ok. Prices are comparable . Love how clean and private it is. To make it even better, may be add some kind of scene?? they have aromatic treatment, but what im talking is more like, I don't know, scented candle ??? It's just feel like something is missing. The light in the room can be a little dimmer. Good place! read more

My first time here I had a great experience with Wendy. My neck could not turn on one side and I was going to ski the next day , she spent time working on the troubled side but also massage the rest of the body. I got a 90 min deep tissue massage for my birthday and it was a lovely experience overall. Scheduling the appointment was easy and quick, they led me to a clean massage room right away, and the price was very good for their services. The massage therapist was a little too heavy on my upper thoracic spinous processes which was quite painful and I was sore in that area for a couple days after, but everything else was perfect. Also, the music playing in the room was glitching during the massage for a few minutes which was distracting but then it stopped and was a pleasant massage session overall. read more

Really great massage! I came in with pain in my upper body (neck, shoulders, upper back pain) and was treated with really nice, strong pressure but still relaxing at the same time. My muscles definitely feel the difference! Facility is clean and quiet with a heated massage table and relaxing spa music for the same day appointment and got seen with no issues. I highly recommend and I look forward to my next massage here. read more
