I got a one hour "foot massage" here the other day, and what a steal! It's pretty much a full-body massage but only half the price. About half the time is spent on your feet and lower legs, and the other half on the rest of your body. Yes, head, neck, back, arms, hands, and any other part I forgot to mention. And I swear, they pay more attention to detail (ie, pressure points on the hands, feet, neck, forearms, butt, etc.), than with a typical massage. By the way, don't bother fixing your hair before coming here. They'll mess it up real good during your head massage. Everything was amazing (at least with my masseuse). Let's just say you get a deep tissue massage without having to ask or pay extra for that kind of pressure. It takes place in a big room with multiple massage beds, so hopefully you're comfortable with strangers all around you. And it's fully clothed... well, almost. Halfway through my massage, my masseuse asked me to flip over, then she unhooked my bra and took off my shirt... seriously... in a shared room (with at least 3 or 4 other guests present). But I didn't care, she was sooo good, and if she wants to go all out to relieve the tension of the knots in my back and shoulders, I'm all for it!  There was hardly any English spoken, actually very little communication at all from the moment I walked in, just a bunch of gestures and brief attempts of verbal instruction. But I knew what to do, so it worked out. I like this place, nothing fancy, but the price is right ($35 for an hour + $1 if paying by credit card + cash tip). And the place is clean with dim reddish lighting inside that makes it easy not to pay attention to other guests in the room if you're doing the "fully clothed" "foot massage".

Tong is great! He's a skinnier gentleman with glasses. Very good with pressure. Friendly service/

That's what I got from here. Not gonna come back anymore, horrible experience. Pain more then relax.

You will get sick as this place never clean their sheets. Even the masseuse employees will sleep next your bed and snore into your ears.

The best deal is $20 for the foot massage. For the $20 foot massage they soak your feet, give you a nice shiatsu body massage, and a foot massage for one hour. The spa is small, clean, and relaxing. There is a bit of a language barrier because the employees don't know how to speak much English. They are fluent in Mandarin. I come here with my mom who speaks Mandarin so she takes care of all the talking for me. The massage therapists are friendly and hard working. Top Spa is located in a dark little plaza next to 7-Eleven so keep your eyes opened. Feeling hungry after your massage? Go next door to the delicious and cheap shanghai restaurant. It is run by some chinese people and they are very nice. Their english isn't the greatest, but they are understandable. I never really got a professional message before, and after this, I didn't think it was a "OMG" moment. It was enjoyable and a nice relaxation time. It was definitely cheap. It was $20 per hour for a feet/body message. I heard that just a feet message was $17. If you become a member (which pretty much means you buy at least 5 hours in advance and use them whenever) you only pay $17 per hour. It is much cheaper than I expected. Not a bad place to go.

I called around 1:37 PM on a Friday hoping to book a couples massage for later that day, but they were fully booked. Fortunately, they had two openings available which was 2:15 PM and 6:00 PM. My partner encouraged me to go without him, so I took the 2:15 PM appointment. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Josalyn (or Jocelyn... sorry if I misspelled your name!). Very pleasant on the phone and in-person. She had me fill out a form detailing the type of massage I wanted, pressure preference, areas of focus, and any add-ons I was interested in. I chose the 60-minute deep tissue massage with extra attention to my back, neck, and shoulders. My massage therapist, Gib, was absolutely amazing. Bless her hands because she really got to work on all the tension and knots in my upper back that I didn't even realize I had. There were even moments when we both laughed because the relief felt so good I'd let out an involuntary grunt. It was intense in the best possible way. The hour flew by, and I honestly wished I had booked a 90-minute or even 2-hour session. Now I know I'll need to plan ahead next time. Safe to say, I'll definitely be back, and hopefully next time my partner can experience it with me as well.

I received excellent firm pressure from my masseuse as she did a thorough job working on the typical areas (back, shoulders, arms, calves), as well as my hamstrings, head, and a little bit of my feet. Service involved minimal communication, with limited english spoken, both at the front desk and during my treatment. A few things to note here - 1. You do not tip upfront. Your initial payment is only for the base massage rate. You tip after your massage. They have a sign right next to the front desk which basically encourages you to tip more (1 thumbs up - 20% tip, 2 thumbs up - 25% tip, 3 thumbs up - 30% tip). Don't feel pressured because of that sign. It's better if you carry cash for the tip. They prefer it that way because you give the tip directly to your masseuse. 2. The short form you fill out lets you provide information like pressure level, sore points to focus on during the massage and any injuries that the masseuse needs to be aware of. This is very helpful in case there is a language barrier. The front desk lady was really nice and friendly. And I wasn't pressured into tipping a certain amount which is great. I opted for the Swedish massage with back walking. The rate was very reasonable and the massage was well worth the price. You can find all the rates on their website. My masseuse was quite good. I have had back walking experience in the past but this one was a little different (and more intense). My masseuse used her heels and the toes to dig into my back to loosen it before the oil massage. It was maybe 5 - 10 minutes long but there were times when I definitely struggled to breathe. This part was definitely not relaxing but it's on me. I could have asked them to lower the intensity/pressure more but I thought that they were already doing the lowest pressure because I had mentioned it in the form that I filled out. My masseuse engaged me in a few conversations during the massage. I was okay with it but I can see how that can hinder the overall experience for folks who enjoy their massage in a more quiet and peaceful setting. There wasn't any communication barrier so I was able to ask my masseuse to lower the intensity for the oil massage which was great. Their massage tables are heated but you can ask them to turn it off if it gets too hot. Unlike other massage places, this spa didn't have water or tea after the massage was over (or at least I didn't see/get any) but that's fine. Overall it was a good experience.

I have given this business multiple opportunities and have seen several different therapists over…read moretime, but unfortunately my experiences have been consistently mediocre. I was giving chances in hope I find a good therapist while filling my visit stamp card. One of the biggest challenges has been communication. I often find it difficult to effectively communicate the specific areas of pain and the massage techniques I need for relief. Even when I carefully mark the body diagram beforehand and explain my preferences, I leave uncertain whether my concerns were fully understood or addressed. For example, I specifically requested upper-body work using NO elbow pressure, but those requests were often disregarded. They also glide against my back so much I felt bruised. I also found that the combination of deep tissue and Swedish massage was not performed effectively to work on the fascia and remove knots properly. Instead of experiencing relief, I frequently felt increased soreness and discomfort within an hour after leaving my appointment. I was also disappointed by an experience with red light therapy. Before booking, I asked how the treatment would be incorporated into the session and was told it would be used throughout the full 60-minute appointment and moved to different areas. In reality, it was only used for approximately 30 minutes before being set aside for the remainder of the session. From a patient's perspective, understanding pain patterns, anatomy, physiology, and proper therapeutic techniques is critical to providing effective treatment. Based on my experiences, I often questioned whether some staff members had the level of training necessary to deliver personalized therapeutic care, esp when it is hard to be understood. Another difficult aspect is gratuity. At the end of a session, I often feel obligated to leave a tip because the service moment. However, after reflecting on the experience--or after the pain and discomfort set in later--I realize the treatment did not provide meaningful relief. This leaves me feeling conflicted, both for the therapist and for myself as a customer. Ultimately, when seeking massage therapy, health and well-being should be the priority. I hope management takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve therapist training, communication, and treatment customization so clients receive care that truly addresses their individual needs.
