Lupe provided clear instructions on how to find the suite, as well as a heads up about parking on Saturdays when there is a nearby farmers market. It made arriving seamless. The suite itself is very relaxing. I was soon brought back to the massage room. We discussed my problem areas (neck, shoulders, upper back, and jaw). She definitely made sure to target those areas. The massage was everything I needed and more. I had never had a Myofascial massage before, so I wasn't sure what to expect other than what I had read online. It involved long strokes, stretching of muscles (and holding some of those stretches for 5 minutes), cupping, and digging into some really tense areas. The CBD was a great addition to add some extra relaxation. 70 minutes was a good amount of time to get to all target areas. I got down to my undergarments and I was wrapped in a warm blanket on the table. She asked me what my concerns or pains were before starting. My masseuse was super gentle. It was my first maternity massage but it was very gentle son don't expect getting pretzeled and pulverized. It was so relaxing I even fell asleep. Will definitely come back. Clean place with individual walled rooms with soft lighting and spa music. Massage tables were comfortable with good headrests. First therapist was a bit firm and I had to keep reminding her to be softer. Minimal chit chat. Today I specifically requested a soft touch (different therapist) and happily that's exactly what I received. Was offered water and candy afterwards. Definitely worth a visit. Their prices are very reasonable- essentially $1/minute. Services were advertised for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. No fancy menu (Swedish, sports, aromatherapy etc). A couple of quirks to note: They require payment up front and are a bit disorganized regarding reservations. In the past I would just call for an appointment, which worked out fine since I'm very flexible; today I specifically tried to schedule a future appointment and was able to be accommodated, but there was no guarantee I would get the same therapist as today. Also couldn't be guaranteed a 90 minute massage. Never saw them pull out an appointment book- just looked at a calendar on the wall. Odd.

As a rec league hooper/softball player, I was miserable and considering retirement. I had never experienced chiropractic care, so I was a bit skeptical but willing to try anything. After the course of about 4 months and maybe 6-8 adjustments (sorry I can't remember exactly) and I have been practically pain free. Now disclaimer: doc is absolutely amazing and emailed me some great stretches that I still routinely do to keep my sciatica away or minimal so managing my pain has been a long term commitment that I am happy to do. My only wish is that they offered longer sessions -- the 30-minute massage feels like a tease because it's that good! The only downside is that the clinic doesn't offer many massage-only package options. Currently, you have to combine chiropractic care and other modalities to book a massage with Mike. It would be amazing if they offered more flexible massage-only packages, as I would definitely come even more often.
