This truly is a place of relaxation. The facility is profesional, clean and neat with low lights and light music in the background so you truly do relax the entire massage. I recommend calling ahead and having an appointment. They get very busy in the afternoon. A quality foot massage which they do all the different parts your body is $25 plus tip. Hey for a private room body massage is about $50. We have found that the foot massage is truly the best value for your money and they thoroughly massage all the different parts of your body. Compare the quality to many $100 per hour shops anywhere in the Bay Area. A few shitty things I need to bring to you all attention: 1) The masseur complaining about how much some other customers' tips between them while massaging their clients. Complaining about making only $30-35/hr. WTH ! First of all, average people only make ~$12/hr. You are lucky to make that much, in case without paying the taxes (we know you don't). Also, show some respect. We the clients don't want to hear about your bitching of your greediness. 2) Shut the fxxk up while giving massage (following #1). We came to relax not to listening to your talking. 3) Texting while giving massage. Thinking the clients close their eyes while getting massage will not noticed. Give me a break. Be professional and value the time the clients paid for. 4) Masseur sneezing off on tissue but without washing their hands afterwards. Come on ! No hygiene manner and health conscious. This place should be boycotted to teach them a lesson to appreciate to be able to just work for a living in the US. read more

Went in without an appointment for a 60 minute body massage after three other places in the area were closed or out of business. All the staff was asleep inside with no customers but they jumped to attention when we walked to the door. I didn't get the name of the girl that did my massage but she was the best I ever had. I have tried many different foot massage places, but this is the first one where I can honestly say I will never go back to. I give it a 2 star for friendliness and cleanliness, but the massage was not great. Upon entrance, the lady (owner?) loudly asked if we made an appointment, which we did. Sat us down immediately, which was great. But I felt really bad for the customer that was trying to relax. The staff even talked throughout the massage too! As soon as she got started on the massage, I knew she was not very good. Rather than working the muscle with pressure, I felt like my skin was going to fall off with all of the fast rubbing and kneading. She somehow managed to "massage" so hard, I'm pretty sure it bruised me. Beyond that, she gave me a really torturous head scratch, which I think was supposed to be a head massage. Before you ask why I didn't say anything, I did! Maybe it wasn't enough. She asked a few times if it was too hard to which I responded "yes!" Let me put it this way, I would rather have someone with calluses do a deep tissue on me, than what I endured. Overall, not great. This place is not the most organized of places. If you get the 20 dollar massage it is not in a private room (those are 40 dollars) and you will hear people talking to eat other, walking in and out, but here is a tip bring an ipod and get lost in their magical hands. The pressure was just perfect. My feet never felt so great. It did not hurt like the other places I went to but the guy definitely got every he needed too. I was relaxed and left very loose and relaxed. It seems like they actually have a technique here. What gave them the five stars though was simple. Their customer service. Looks like they've changed owners... I had my last 2 massages to redeem and so I went in two more times. My second to the last time I noticed the new owners and had a male therapist. He was so hard on my body, I could not sleep! :( The last time that i went there, I had the same therapist and when I had to constantly tell him, "too hard" he had the audacity to tell me "no pain, no gain" uhmm... I'm sorry, unless you can show me that you are a licensed therapist able to perform deep tissue massage, there will be no pain, no gain. I won't be coming back. Too bad... You can not beat the quality and price of this facility. Anna did my FOOT massage but it really does most of your body. My legs and lower back were very sore from my new exercise program. She know how to work out the knots with out to much pain. She said that as I come back she can push harder but since I was new she did not want to hurt me. I really liked this place when they first opened... it was clean, quiet and the acupuncturist was onsite to help translate. I stopped going for about a year until this year... The first time I went back was a few months ago and the place had a completely different atmosphere... it was cramped (they added more chairs), dark, noisy and the workers smoke just outside the entrance door. The guy who worked on me followed me in and started working on me without washing his hands... yuck... his breath and hands reeked of smoke. it was really gross. The second time I was assigned to a girl who was picking her nose in front of everyone. I asked her to wash her hands before working on me and she was completely offended... yikes... I also realized that the blankets and towels they had on chairs were really gross... they probably don't get washed regularly, if any... they smelled moldy. I noticed this foot spa when on the way home from Ed Levin park. It looked interesting, so I made an appointment a couple of days later for a 1 hour foot massage with a female masseuse. I think my masseuse's name was Anna, and she did a really good job. She had good technique and used a lot of pressure. For some people it might have been too much pressure, but you can always ask for a lighter massage if that's what you prefer. The foot massage is almost like a full body massage and includes the head, neck, arms, feet, and back. The foot massages are done in the front area of the business in a room that has 3 or 4 massage chairs. It seems like none of the employees spoke much English at all. I speak some Mandarin and was able to communicate with no problems, but if you don't speak Mandarin then I think the only person that can speak much English is the manager. There's not much talking needed though, so the language barrier should not be much of a problem. read more

They get two stars for taking my party of 3 after the closing hours. The chairs were uncomfortable and service was horrible. They left the front door open and it was cold and windy. Normally I would want a woman but it didn't really matter as I had clothes on. And all others were very friendly and very pleasant atmosphere. But twice after that it was a different set of people there unfortunately. I keep getting a different guy who, A. smokes, (yuck!) and B. wants $10 tip for a $20 massage! Masseuses are unprofessional - they will answer their cell calls while you are being massaged, scream at each other even though you are in a private room. They tell you only when you pay that they only take cash and will charge you an additional $2 to run your card. Massage was rough and felt like torture. Here's what I liked and didn't like: Liked: *my massuer was friendly and wanted to do a good job. *the free extra 10 or so minutes. *the price. *I left more relaxed than when I arrived. Didn't like: *The girl at the front desk watching videos on her phone, without headphones. *The massuer working on the lady next to me that took a 4 minute phone call while massaging (poor lady). *One technique my massuer used of repeatedly rubbing quickly over the skin (felt like an indian burn). I've had relaxing massages in mildly talkative or noisy places, but the workers here (with the exception of my massuer) really need to work on limiting their noise. After another foot massage place couldn't accommodate us I decided to give it another try to my disappointment. The setting was loud and bright, I realize that you do not get privacy with these $20 massages but I still want a tranquil environment.
