I ordered an i7-13700K Processor Bundle with a Gigabyte Z790 GAMING X AX Mobo for $629 during the Thanksgiving sale a few days ago (attached are the pictures as proof). Today, I received a call from the manager, stating that I must pay an additional $200 due to their error. I would have been fine with this adjustment, but at the time of my purchase, there were several similar bundles available at Canada Computers and NewEgg. Unfortunately, I missed out on those deals because I ordered from Memory Express. As a result, I'm left with no other options. Note that this would have been illegal in Quebec under their consumer protection laws. When I tried to explain this situation to the manager, instead of a simple apology, I was met with a barrage of yelling and unprofessional behavior. What should have been resolved with an apology turned into a heated argument with the manager.
