They still couldn't recover anything, charged me the highest price they have for unsuccessful recoveries, and sent it back. I wish they would have asked every step of the process to save themselves work and saved me money I would have told them to stop trying long before then.

The store clerk didn't seem to understand what I was asking for; he kept showing me a wrong cable and insisting that it was the right one (it wasn't -- he doesn't seem to understand the difference between a female USB and a male USB, which is not rocket science, and he also didn't understand the difference between a data transfer cable and OTG). It took me five times explaining to him before he actually listened instead of just patronizing me as if I didn't know what I was asking for. I would not come here again unless 1) I wanted someone to talk to me like I was a toddler or 2) I want to talk to someone who ignores all the words coming out of my mouth and just waits his turn to reiterate the same thing based on the first three words I say. I also would never trust a repair job of any technology I cared about to these people -- based on what I observed of their lack of basic expertise and talk-down-to-you bedside manner, Pacific Repair is an excellent candidate for doing 'half-ass repairs because we think you don't have the expertise to know better'. My 55" wall mounted TV stopped working on a Tuesday. I knew I could buy a new TV anywhere so I…read moreimmediately started my search for an installer so I could book an appointment as soon as possible. I came upon Wall Mount Tronics and was impressed by their website and the number of 5 star reviews. I gave them a call and spoke to Alberto who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I told him that I hadn't purchased a new TV yet and he advised that he could not only source one for me but was able to book me in for that Friday. When I decided on the model I wanted, I texted Alberto with the details and he got back to me immediately. Not only was he able to provide the model I requested, he offered me the next model up at a nominal price. Alberto showed up on time and performed the installation quickly and professionally. Once it was installed he showed me a few features and made sure everything was compatible with my current set up.  Alberto was respectful of my home and took care during the whole installation. Having my TV stop working was such an unexpected inconvenience but Alberto turned this whole experience into such a pleasant one. Look no further, you will not be disappointed with Wall Mount Tronics.
