Over the phone, he immediately reassured me -- not only would he do everything possible to get the laptop running, but he was confident he could recover my data. Because I live quite a distance from their shop, Sam even arranged for a technician to meet us at a mutually convenient location. Incredible service! I made it very clear that I wasn't interested, even told him multiple times that I was just there to pick up one thing, and the sales associate continued to ask me questions, persuade me with offers, and follow me as I began my shopping. I know its not his fault, its his job and perhaps he makes commissions on sales, but it was extremely irritating and made me just want to leave the store immediately.
