This is like a higher end IKEA and it's the closest full service furniture store to Whistler, without driving allllllll the way to Vancouver. We've used The Brick for two major hauls, once to buy furniture for our bedroom and living room and then the second time to get pieces that were missing. I like it that you get everything that you need even electronics, and they deliver free of charge. In under an hour for both shopping trips we had a new bedroom set picked out, living room furniture, dinning room furniture, bathroom storage solutions, TVs and wall art. I hate driving around to multiple locations trying to get what you need to get your house together and this was just convenient. The sales rep Ahmad that helped us was very cool and wasn't one of those pushy sales people. I wish I remembered the name of the lady that helped us the second time around, she was awesome as well. Delivery happened on time/ hassle free and just like that we had peices of furniture to fill our house. Pro tip: ask to purchase the floor model (it's already assembled and may be discounted). We did that with a bar storage cabinet that was super cool looking but looked really hard to put together as well as a full length mirror/jewelry storage chest. #Squamish

I was nervous about the purchase as I still paid a considerable amount of money for a returned GE stove. A week before Christmas (7 months later) on a Friday I had an issue with a burner. By Monday Anail had a tech onsite to conduct a minor repair (dislodged component in the knob). The same day after the repair (Murphy's law), I had another unrelated issue with the stove not receiving gas after a self clean. I called Anail and he again had a tech onsite the next day diagnosing a fault in the pressure reducing valve. The tech taught me how to repair the problem if it happened again as it is not uncommon for a diagram to stick. A few hours later Anail called me to confirm that I was happy with the repair and informed me that he proactively ordered a new pressure reducing valve for replacement to ensure no future problems occur. I am absolutely happy with Appliance Outlet standing behind their service, product and brand.

The online chat will show you as number 1 in the queue for an hour or so then drop you. I ordered over $10K of appliances from CAS, including installation of the gas range. The delivery people refused to install the range. My salesperson, Pavneet Kaur, called it a misunderstanding and said CAS doesn't install. She told me to figure out installation myself or talk to their After Delivery support (which doesn't exist). Despite adamantly claiming that CAS doesn't install, she later sent a Boxing Day email that included this gem: "Easy installs to get your new appliances up and running fast, including dishwashers, gas ranges and laundry". Total BS.

When we first walked in for our little infomercial tour, people were very pleasant and helpful, which you would expect because they ARE trying to sell you something. But once they had our money for membership (Which is their main profit source) the customer service remained impeccable. You walk in and they remember you name, ask you how you are, and are generally interested in what you have been up to since last time you were there. If you have any questions at all they will go out of their way to help you, and you WILL need help at first. We have bought a lot so far since we are doing some major renovations. We have only had one mess up in purchasing. The carpet was the wrong colour. It got picked up AND installed by our tradesman before we realized the error. The error was a mistake on DB's part. We walked in and with absolutely no argument they ordered us the right colour and apologized for the mistake. I was floored, and SO happy! I was fully expecting a argument... but nothing. Just instantly fixed with a smile and apology! Walk in, chat with one of the girls, grab a coffee and enjoy yourself while 'shopping'. If you're thinking of a Direct Buy membership, I can't really tell you what to do there as everyone's situation is different. But I can say the Customer Service you will receive at this location is amazing. Shout out to Megan, Janine, and Pat. You guys are great!
