I also found there are more local made products within the store so as to support local producers, yes, the price maybe a bit higher then national brands, but if we all chip in and help buy local, we are helping our society to recover faster! I had gone inside seeking welding supplies, assuming I roughly knew what I was after. But William made the effort to pose questions and ensured I actually had the proper equipment for the job--he knew his stuff. It turns out, I was short on some things I hadn't considered, so he certainly saved me an additional trip or two. That standard of care and genuine customer service leaves a lasting impression. He didn't regard me like just another face in line. He confirmed I got all that I needed before I went. For years, I've been visiting Home Depot, and moments like these serve as a reminder what keeps me coming back. They were efficient, clean and friendly and took all of the packaging and the old appliance away after installing the new appliance. What an easy experience.
