He had to be told not to take my BP until the I had sat for a few minutes and not while talking bc it gives an inaccurate reading. Then he didn't even ask if I knew the correct method to put an ace bandage on a fractured foot. Admittedly it's been over two decades since I had to use an ace bandage. So no I had to look it up. When I was preparing to leave I was very dizzy due to orthostatic hypertension. Which caused blurred vision. The MA went a head of me to hold the door open. The NP saw I was dizzy bc I bumped into the wall and brought over a wheelchair while the male MA just stood there with a blank stare Lastly, the male MA gave me crutches and when I got home saw I that he put each one at different heights. Another reason I bumped into the wall. Oh, I only learned about the RX they sent to the wrong pharmacy bc I was reading my records. The NP or MA didn't even tell me about the RX. Two months ago my husband went to this location. The doctor took a listen to his lungs, left the room and the MA came to say 5 RX would be called in no explanation. My husband had to return a week later at which time they did an x-ray to determine he had the pneumonia. So why wasn't that done on the first visit?

The same $40 they insisted I had to pay will be returned to me via USPS paper check in about a month. Sounds like a very high priority for someone I confirmed my insurance with before I ever walked in the door. Worth mentioning when I called and asked to speak to billing I was hung up on 5 different times in 3 different ways.

They were caring and I felt I was receiving excellent care. I was in the emergency room longer than I would have liked but I understand that they had to do several different tests hours apart. During and after these tests, the doctor kept me informed on what was going on and what to expect. I thought she provided excellent service as well. The nurse tells me that I will continue to cry until I quit moving. My pain level was 10+, agony. She said that she can give one pain pill, than sat in front of her computer without another word. Now I am taken to my room, still crying in pain. Nurses get me settled in. I noticed that my bed is inflating and deflating and every time it does that, excruciating pain. The nurses come back in an hour for a check, I asked them to please turn the mechanism off that is making the bed do this. So the nurse it pushes some button and leaves. Lo and behold, the bed is still doing this. Another person comes in and I tell them the same thing, they push some buttons and leave, again the bed is still inflating and deflating. This cycle goes on from 3 in the afternoon until 9:30, I ask every person that comes into my room to please fix my bed. At this point I am thinking that they're just sadistic and enjoy seeing patients in pain. I was already in pain from the surgery and then they caused me more for 6 1/2 hours. The nurse in charge that evening said that she would have her manager or supervisor come talk to me, no one ever showed up. They finally replaced the bed. The nurses during the day were also an hour to almost 2 hours late, giving me my pain medication. My pain never went away during the day. I cried non stop from the time I woke up from surgery about noon until 2am, the next day. During the day, I also rang a nurse because I had to go to the bathroom. It took them 45 minutes to come help me. By the time a nurse got to my room and assisted me getting up, I peed all the way to the bathroom. How humiliating! Since the manager or supervisor never came to my room so that I could voice my complaints, Henderson Hospital has given me no choice but to air my grievances here. What a miserable stay, I cannot wait to go home.

The older cashier with the purple hair and glasses has made several rude passive aggressive comments , and has acted towards me in ways that displays racial prejudice for several months now when I come in alone to make a purchase, use the atm, or make a money transfer. This location is convenient in my daily routes and routines so I'm in here quite often for retail or prescription needs; and every other cashier, front end associate, and pharmacy tech is kind and professional; so I let it go and just tried to avoid making purchases if I came in and saw this cashier on duty. But today while out shopping with my mom; this same cashier made a rude remark about my mother when she had to run out to her car for her debit card. And considering the only other person in line was MYSELF who was doing my own transaction, the cashier's comments were unnecessary and uncalled for. I called and spoke to store manager LINDSEY; who was rude and unprofessional as well and had little to no regard for the valid complaints of racial discrimination and poor customer service. She insinuated she would not be doing anything to follow up with the behavior of this cashier or addressing any bias behaviors. She then called me dramatic and drastic for simply telling her about my poor experiences that I've had in HER STORE, and how HER STORE has made me and now my mother feel uncomfortable and unsafe to shop. I am furious with this situation and lack of professionalism from LINDSEY , and what she chooses as acceptable behavior in her store.
