They should not assume people know their system I am out of state and just moved here and I needed to be seen soon, and I asked if they do triage. They told me to sign up online They do not do any scheduling and walk-in, but they won't tell you anything if you need to wait or get a text if you need to be seen... wait; it is useless to register online if you have a person in the front who doesn't even help or ask the same things you just did online Redundant and inconsistent and useless system: I wish I had a PMD so I can just be seen, not go to here. They do not have a sound system It proved to me that the NV medical system is just going down the drain. People do not want to be here, and they need some assistance and help They cannot do all the test here too; you have to go somewhere else; save yourself a headache and just go to your PMD!!! This will be my last time using their system Their name should be called CARE IN THE FUTURE, not relevant to NOW Good luck getting any assistance from their staff nor any respect or being treated as a human Veterinary place treats animals better. If you have no options and this is only your last resort, then avoid this place whatsoever.

This place is the worst to go to. We joined the waiting list in the morning around 11am. We got the text at 340pm letting us to know to go in. After an hour of waiting we asked how much longer they told us that we had 4 people ahead of us. We understand that you can't quote because every case is different but it would have been nice to not have been texted so early. The doctor has no bedside manner. All the staff is rude and unprofessional. We waited a total of 3 hours from start to finish. ITS RIDICULOUS!

I was a walk-in on a Tuesday afternoon, wait time was less than 10 minutes, the entire visit was less than 40 minutes, staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, very clean environment. The NP on duty was knowledgeable of my condition and prescribed the right medication.

Nothing against a PA or a NP but I've had some serious misguided health advice from them.

This was one of the best urgent care experience I've had in a while. The front desk people were polite and I doubt I waited more than 5 minutes before being brought back to see someone. The nurse taking vitals was friendly and the nurse practitioner who I eventually was also friendly and gave a thorough assessment too. She made sure I understood the treatment she prescribed too. Now, only a couple of hours later, I'm breathing better than I've been in over the past two weeks! I'm definitely coming back here for any future urgent care needs!

I scheduled online, uploaded my documents, and was able to track my place in line through ClockwiseMD. I received a text estimating my appointment time was 10:28AM, but the ClockwiseMD webpage kept updating and showed my appointment time would be at 10:52AM. I would suggest using the original text wait time because I received a text at 10:20AM that I was ready to be checked in. I arrived at 10:32AM and was seen at 11:20AM. I appreciated being able to see live updates through Clockwise MD instead of sitting there wondering when I'd be called back. It was really busy so I can see why my wait time was pushed back. Shalee was my medical assistant! She was very kind and professional. She took my vitals and explained everything to me clearly. I waited only a short time for Dr. Selena to come in and explain my results. She was friendly, thorough, and made me feel comfortable to ask any questions. The front desk staff (Armani, Chris, and a trainee) handled everything efficiently during what looked like a busy shift. While they weren't overly warm, they were polite and professional. Overall, I had a good experience at this CarNow and would return here again if needed! Note: This location is covered under my insurance, but I did still have to pay a $50 copay, which is standard with an urgent care center.

Please read before you believe the haters!…read more I've had nothing but positive experiences here, and that's not something I say lightly. The level of care, attention, and professionalism stands out right away. Doctor Katende takes the time to actually listen and be thorough, which is rare, especially in urgent care. And every interaction from the moment you walk in has been kind, patient, and helpful -- something that really matters when you're not feeling your best. This place consistently goes above and beyond, and it absolutely deserves more recognition.

Dr. Katende personally told me I had nothing to worry about because my insurance -- Health Plan of Nevada -- has a $0 copay for primary care visits. That's the only reason I agreed. I've only been there two times, and both times, I told them at check-in that I have a $0 copay -- they checked and said "okay, no problem." No charges upfront. But later, I started getting surprise bills: $50 for my son (which I paid just to avoid issues), another $50 for him, and over $200 for me. Even if this were being billed as urgent care -- which it should NOT be -- they still promised I wouldn't be charged. They lied. When I called, I was left on hold over 30 minutes, then finally got someone who said they'd call me back. They did -- only to give the usual "we're sending it to billing" line. What a joke. This is a small office -- they ARE the billing department. Total runaround. Now they're refusing to send my prescription to CVS, claiming they'll do it once the "billing issue is fixed." That's outrageous. I told them I'm diabetic, and the lady on the phone was completely dismissive. She didn't care at all. I tried to explain the situation and prove my point -- talking to her was like talking to a wall. No compassion, no responsibility. I'm reporting this place to my insurance, and I'm also filing complaints with: * Nevada Division of Insurance * Nevada State Medical Board * Nevada Attorney General - Consumer Protection * Office of Inspector General (OIG) * CVS Caremark for obstruction of care * Better Business Bureau (BBB) This place is dishonest, unprofessional, and dangerous. They're lying to patients, blocking essential medications, and billing people for services they said would be covered. Avoid this place at all costs.

I then asked if she could then change the channel on their tv or lower the volume because the elevator music on loop (just some random tune) was loud and annoying.
