I've been to a few different urgent cares in Vegas but this is by far the best one! I'm so happy I found this place since I've had bad experiences other places. I saw Lyle Larson and he was very friendly and listened carefully to my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. The facility is on the newer side so it was very clean and modern. It was easily the best experience I've had from an urgent care and this will be my go to from now on. read more

I called to check insurance and make an appointment and they sent a link for electronic forms which really helped cut down the wait time. We were seen pretty quickly and were able to get X-rays on site as well. Parking was easy right in front. The lobby was great with state and national park posters and everything felt new, clean, and nicely organized. The front desk and staff were very caring. My daughter saw Nurse Larson for an after car accident checkup. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly which made the visit feel much less stressful. read more

I wanted to update this as I feel it is as important to recognize positive events as well as the unfortunate ones. The owner of the business reached out to me personally and ensured that my concerns would be taken seriously. I felt that this was respectful and I wanted to express my gratitude. I stand by everything I said in the previous review about the one provider and how she should not be working in medicine but I appreciate and respect the other employees are not a reflection of her poor and unprofessional decision making. read more

Better than anticipated in every aspect! From the front office staff welcoming me out front, the nurses, Beverly and Nancy who provided a professional and caring environment But, their medical doctor and Medical Director is amazing! Dr Amal Obaid-Schmid, she is the best doctor I've seen in a very long time! She allowed me so much time to explain what I was going through but she truly listened to my concerns. Then, she offered her expertise plus offered me the much needed medication I needed than the provider I had just seen for the same problem, he didn't give me anything for it! She also took a swab to make sure there wasn't anything more serious since the infection was 3 weeks old and still not gone. Dr Amal Obaid-Schmid said I should come back or could use telemedicine to verify the results with her. She is the only provider who offered me these precautions! She called in a RX which will be waiting when I get there. That is how it should be done! Thank you all especially Dr Schmid! read more

Our experience with Elite Rapid Care has been excellent. Prior to our appointment, I needed to make several calls to confirm insurance, and everyone I spoke with was patient, helpful, and reassuring. After the appointment, we received a prompt stat referral to the appropriate provider, along with a follow-up call from Tawnya. When I spoke with her, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She answered all of my questions and encouraged me to reach out if anything else came up. This level of quality customer service feels rare these days, especially when so many people appear burnt out and less engaged in their work. I truly can't say enough good things about this office. read more

I brought my son to Elite Rapid Care on a Friday morning because he had hurt his foot and was complaining of pain. When we walked in the staff was polite and friendly. The office was nice and clean as well. They took us back promptly and they were very kind and patient with my son. They even gave him some snacks and water. After examining his foot they did an x-ray and told me it looked like a mild sprain. After that we were on our way. I was a client of Elite Rapid Care today. I got a barbed fishhook stuck in my finger. I attempted to get it out on my own but was unsuccessful. I went here and they were able to remove it. I was able be treated quickly. The staff was friendly and professional. The clinic was clean and I would recommend this business to others. read more

Never thought we'd actually enjoy a trip to the Dr! My husband has been out of work with the worst sinus cold and needed to find an urgent care to 1. Better recover and 2. Get a Dr note. After finding the nearest open care center, we quickly realized this was a new facility, and boy did it exceed expectations! Nurse practitioners Jamie and Kayla were amazing. A wealth of knowledge, and despite being near closing time - they took all the time in the world to answer all our questions. Not to mention, the facility itself is beautiful and clean. On-site equipment. If you're in need of bloodwork, X-rays, ultrasounds, primary care, even pediatric care... it's here. We will be establishing ourselves as primary care patients here as well. Speaking from experience, it's quite difficult to find quality healthcare in the Las Vegas valley and we have finally found it. Highly highly recommend!!!! read more

I came to Elite for a gout flare up and left with a new general provider. The team is VERY accommodating and professional. I've tried to find a new provider for years and gave up due to the challenges of finding someone with a bedside manner and not making you feel rushed. Katrina, the receptionist, is customer centered, kind and, compassionate. I ran into an issue after completing the forms and had to re-enter the information. I was in pain from a torn bicep and a contact lens that had been stuck in my eye for 3 days. Katrina was kind and completed the forms for me. She's exceptional at her job, especially when you consider the fact that she deals with people who are not at their best all day long. Thank you Katrina. Michele M. read more

Best place for care in Southern NV! I have been coming to elite rapid care since December, when I broke some ribs from a nasty fall. They were so incredible! Got me in right away for X-rays and MRI, even did a ultrasound to make sure nothing ruptured they were so thorough it was amazing. I've since set up my primary care here and my son's pediatrician care here as well and each experience has been INCREDIBLE. They are amazing with my 4 year old boy and myself. Outstanding patient care - Highly Recommended! My family came down from Texas for the holidays and my father in law arrived very sick. He's a very stubborn 73yr old that refuses to go to the doctor for fear of being admitted. We had the pleasure of being treated by Jaime and I can't say enough great things about our experience. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel comfortable and truly listened to our concerns. NP Jamie and Dr. Obaid- Schmid are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough in care. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured he felt confident with his treatment plan. It's evident that they genuinely care about patients and goes above and beyond to provide the best possible care. The Xray and EKG all under one roof was a plus for me. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dedicated and skilled healthcare professional! Thank you for your exceptional service! read more

Clean, comfortable, fast and effective. Front office staff very engaging and responsive. College aged son had a 7 week cough, not covid. They examined, did an x-ray (onsite) and did a blood draw. Patients were treated well, most were smiling going in and and coming back out. New favorite, left with high confidence in all phases. read more
