Our experience with Elite Rapid Care has been excellent. Prior to our appointment, I needed to make several calls to confirm insurance, and everyone I spoke with was patient, helpful, and reassuring. After the appointment, we received a prompt stat referral to the appropriate provider, along with a follow-up call from Tawnya. When I spoke with her, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She answered all of my questions and encouraged me to reach out if anything else came up. I brought my son to Elite Rapid Care on a Friday morning because he had hurt his foot and was complaining of pain. When we walked in the staff was polite and friendly. The office was nice and clean as well. They took us back promptly and they were very kind and patient with my son. They even gave him some snacks and water. After examining his foot they did an x-ray and told me it looked like a mild sprain. After that we were on our way. Never thought we'd actually enjoy a trip to the Dr! My husband has been out of work with the worst sinus cold and needed to find an urgent care to 1. Better recover and 2. Get a Dr note. After finding the nearest open care center, we quickly realized this was a new facility, and boy did it exceed expectations! Nurse practitioners Jamie and Kayla were amazing. A wealth of knowledge, and despite being near closing time - they took all the time in the world to answer all our questions. Not to mention, the facility itself is beautiful and clean. On-site equipment. If you're in need of bloodwork, X-rays, ultrasounds, primary care, even pediatric care... it's here. We will be establishing ourselves as primary care patients here as well. Best place for care in Southern NV! I have been coming to elite rapid care since December, when I broke some ribs from a nasty fall. They were so incredible! Got me in right away for X-rays and MRI, even did a ultrasound to make sure nothing ruptured they were so thorough it was amazing. I've since set up my primary care here and my son's pediatrician care here as well and each experience has been INCREDIBLE. They are amazing with my 4 year old boy and myself.
