WOW! Will definitely use this company moving forward when looking for an IV. My sister randomly got so sick out of nowhere and called me to come over. I'll spare the details, but to say I was freaked out was an understatement. She kept saying she didn't want to to go to urgent care or the ER, but she couldn't keep anything down. I kept thinking, hm, if she went they would probably just give her an IV. I wonder if I can just get an IV place to come here... So I turned to Yelp and the internet to find one! I tried reaching out to a couple places before Reset, and honestly their processes were terrible. Had to fill out these entire questionnaires to "book" an appointment, only for them to send me a text 30 minutes later saying they didn't have anyone available in the area. I eventually got to Reset IV and I'm sooooo thankful I did!!! I got a call almost immediately and text and was told a nurse was coming out and would be there in 45 minutes just because he was across town. No biggy. Junior was our guy and he was AWESOME! Seriously fantastic. Took her vitals when he got there, explained the entire process. Seriously, the customer service and care of this place is honestly 5 stars. She was laying in bed sick and he came right in and did everything right there. I believe it ended up being abour $300ish dollars and we tipped on top of that, but imagine going to the ER where they would charge you five times for the same thing, and you've have to wait in the waiting room for hours with a bunch of other sick people. Right to your home? Yes please. I will forever use this business any time I need IV. I don't know why I never thought about this before, but definitely will moving forward. Let me start out by saying Jared I give 5 stars to. He was amazing and do kind and gentle. I had a massive migraine and felt dehydrated so I called Reset lV, hoping what he gave me would relieve the pain. I bought the basic package and Jared suggested a pain killer and nausea relief. Not happy with my experience. They say a nurse will be available usually within an hour, but I booked, and I was told they would be there within 2.5 hours. I spoke with 2 people to confirm. Then I didn't hear back until the appointment time when they called me and said that the nurse said "they tried to get in touch with me about coming earlier but couldn't get in touch, and now they're unavailable until tomorrow." This office blamed me for the scheduling problem, when of course if you want to get in touch with someone you can -- I had my phone next to me, I didn't see a message, voicemail or text, and then when I called THEM and asked for an update I got no help. My two friends and I spent the weekend day and night drinking in Vegas and our bodies paid the price. We had plans that day, but our bodies were not cooperating. Super quick service! I was able to get an iv drip for my boyfriend SUPER last minute because he was hungover. The lady said the soonest was 12/12:30, but the nurse actually said she was able to come 2-2.5 hours earlier. Note: I made the call at 8:40 and only had to wait 1.5-2 hours to get assigned a nurse, which is totally fine because I called morning of. I got assigned Kalita for the drip iv. I called the reset IV office and was assigned a nurse who was able to come half an hour earlier than I was quoted. I was lucky enough to have Yasmine as my nurse, and she is hands down the most courteous, compassionate, caring, person I've ever encountered in the healthcare industry. She made sure I was comfortable and feeling okay before she left. She even reached out the day after to make sure I was still feeling okay and gave me some amazing advice to help with my recovery. Reset IV saved my birthday trip to Vegas bigtime! After our first night of heavy partying and bottle service, I was in quite a state the next day. I tried to ride it out the entire afternoon, but by 7PM I still couldn't even keep a sip of water down so I became desperate for help. I had heard of the IV drip services in Vegas so started looking them up and ended up on Reset IV's website which was super clear on what different types of drips they have and how they can add things on catered to your needs. I booked online and immediately received a phone call to reconfirm all the details. I got a text a few minutes later from the RN, Benny, saying he was heading out soon and would be there within 30 minutes. He texted me again when he was parking his car. Salvation was near! Benny was super professional, asked me all the necessary questions, had all the necessary gear with him, hooked me up on the first try (I have pretty bad veins especially when dehydrated). The drip itself took about 15 minutes because they use an air pressure bag to pump the liquids in faster. I also received anti-nausea and painkiller supplemental shots. Within minutes I already started feeling better. After we were done, I did not relapse at all, which I found miraculous after having thrown up 20 times during the day. I actually kept all my liquids and food down that evening. The next day I was out at the pool during the day and went to another (not so crazy) party at night.
