The experience of getting in, getting approved and getting scheduled for your surgery won't be any more difficult than a typical shopping trip. They literally handle everything. You'll meet Dr. Teng and you're going to be very confident that you're in good hands. He's a surgeon and pretty direct/efficient in his communication style, but his bedside manner conveys care, concern and most importantly, confidently competent. He's exactly the surgeon that you want. He's going to listen to your concerns, check you over and order tests as necessary. Your surgery will be scheduled, the check in and pre-op registration along with last minute tests like EKG & blood coagulation factors will be completed with no difficulty. The scan itself took about 10 minutes, and the results were printed shortly afterwards. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Just started a new weight loss regimen so I will definitely be back to see the progression of my stats. It is so worth the drive.
