To make matters worse, instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was told that the doctor "didn't want my business anymore." That response was shocking and unprofessional. Patients deserve transparency, respect, and clear communication -- none of which I received here. I would strongly recommend others review their bills very carefully and be cautious before choosing this medical group.
