He recommended practical changes -- simple things like adding vitamins and whole food diet to Dad's daily routine -- that made a noticeable difference in how he felt. At one point, a nurse practitioner at a different practice was pushing for heart surgery. Dr. Sharma took the time to review everything carefully and advised against it. He was absolutely right. Because of his judgment, my father is enjoying a normal life right now instead of being confined to a hospital bed. Both my Dad and I are patients here. What sets this practice apart is that Dr. Sharma treats you like an actual person, not a chart number. As for referrals...I feel like in general vegas uses an online referral system and it's not perfect when they send them out. A simple call / text to the office and they were able to fix it. I don't complain about wait times...I feel like I am never waiting in the office that long. Plus the whole valley is pretty much like that. I made several attempts to follow up by phone over the two weeks, leaving voicemails but not receiving a response. When I was finally able to reach someone, I was told I would receive a callback, but I did not hear back. After additional calls and difficulty getting through, I ended up going to the office in person, where I waited and was informed that my paperwork could not be located. I understand that offices can get busy, but the overall experience felt a bit disorganized and communication was challenging. My initial visit also left me hoping for a more coordinated and attentive experience. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve communication and processes for future patients, especially when it comes to time-sensitive matters.

I had seen her in person and asked if she could help me find a better physical therapist because ATI where she sent me wasn't working. After 6 session with them at $150 each session; I felt worse. She wrote it down that she would help me find someone. She also was supposed to fill out disability paperwork for me as we discussed that meeting. Lastly, she said she would get my results from the urologist that charged me $400 & didn't send over the results. I felt so happy & listened to after seeing her in person. This is Friday. Monday comes and goes. I call to ask if there's any update on the physical therapist. No answer - i left a message. I called for two weeks straight & nobody returned my call or contacted me back. I left 10 messages. Finally they answered and said that they needed to call me back. It's been about 14 days and I'm in so much pain because I haven't seen a physical therapist. I find my own since I can't wait any longer. I need Michelle to send a referral. I call for the referral & She told me I wasn't doing what she wanted so she never sent over the paperwork they were requesting and that I needed to do the X-ray & when I asked which X-ray? I have never been told to do an X-ray as I did the MRI. She said she would call me back. They called to say she had sent over the paperwork i was requesting. She just never responded to that question about the X-ray & said she would be sending the paperwork that the disability specialist. This is after 3 weeks now. She just never brought up the X-ray again; I think she was completely confusing me with something else. They attempted twice now to request the information from her. In 30 days she has not responded. I found my own physical therapist & I've been going since but I need to find another doctor because I have no faith in this place anymore. Sorry if anyone ended up having a bad experience as well.

From the moment we entered, we noticed a level of kindness, compassion, and genuine care that is rarely seen elsewhere. Every staff member treated clients with respect and warmth. The staff member who attended to me, Miss Melanie, was exceptionally professional, patient, and friendly. Even when I made a small mistake, she explained everything clearly and kindly. I told my wife, "Miss Melanie is truly a wonderful person." My wife said, "The lady who helped me was also very kind." A few days earlier, another lady who assisted us looked very much like Miss Melanie's sister -- she, too, was incredibly helpful and caring. After recalling an unpleasant experience at another center, we decided that even though the North Decatur location is about six miles farther from our home, we will continue to come here in the future.
