For the past five years, I have called them for an annual inspection of our upper & lower foundation screens, always -0- charged. I was just informed they now charge a fee to inspect and will only come if there are rats observed inside your home. I have rat activity in my yard, coming from the next building. I asked them today to just come down to inspect my screens and was alerted that there is now a charge. I was always aware, that they can do nothing about exterior rats, so that's not the issue. I went with this company due to the lifetime guarantee and the annual free inspections. They changed the rules. While this company does a good job sealing, paying almost $5,400for a one time fee visit only is exorbitant. I'm sure other companies do just as good a job much cheaper. Any other visits after that were employees to inspect traps and remove whatever was in it. Please look around before you pay good money for a rat issue.

Even on first treatment, the bug situation got exponentially better! They also include a 30 day follow up treatment, whereby if you see anything, just give them a call and they'll come back out.
