We have order here regularly over the last few years. They have gotten orders wrong occasionally. Never complained. Tonight they got our kids Oder wrong, it was much to spicy for them. I called. I got told well we've had a full restaurant, sorry it happens. It's 7:30 at night, only thing they would do was have us bring it back and replace it now. It's a 10-15 min drive back, wait for food then home. No we can give you a store credit or anything. Outright"this is store policy and all I can do". One of the best chicken wings places around! The wings are a descent size with a good amount of meat on them... not too big or small (I personally like to be able to fit the entire wing in my mouth & strip the meat off with one fair stroke). Unless you just LOVE sauce, make sure to order the sauce on the side though. Their sauce is quite good (especially the medium spicy level), but just like about everywhere else, it's soaked in sauce... like mine just dipped in the sauce. I didn't think I'd like raw carrots/celery as a dinner side but the blue cheese dressing makes it work... we always order an extra side of them because everyone in our party always goes for those. Can't go wrong with the breadsticks (if you've been to Pizza Nova, the bread sticks here are the closest thing I've found to Nova's bread balls... but not quite as good as Pizza Nova's). Great beer/alcohol selection & always a friendly bartender. Nice outdoor seating too... especially if you're there w/ family & kids (room to run around & have fun without being annoying to the non breeders). My 12 year old & his friends love it here! If you're getting it to go, make sure you check your order before leaving... they almost always forget our extra order of carrots/celery. read more

It's OK. Bright, open, airy, tons of big screen TVs. I am not happy in a place like a deli where you have to read a menu behind the order taker, make a snap decision and place an order, pay, go to a seat and wait for the food to be delivered. I thought I ordered #8. I thought #8 was "original Buffalo" wings. I thought I was getting 8 wings. When the order arrived with my ticket I found out I must have ordered 6 "Honey BBQ" wings. My bad? I got 7. No problemo. They were good. Messy, that's what makes them good. The bleu cheese dip was not great, OK not great, some of the celery sticks I would not have served to guests at my house. (Appearance only). The table server and the beer drawer were pleasant and acceptable. Price fair, food good. I want to come back when they're really busy to see how they handle it. read more

Food is great, service is great, cleanliness not so much. Parking is terrible, it's like we have to park miles away before we even get close to the front door (hyperbole)! They have outdoor seating, which is cool, and a bar. They have lots of TVs with sport on, so sports fans might wanna hop on by. Prices are pretty pricey, so I don't go there that often. Food is good. Service was lacking and even though it wasnt too busy, the staff did not clean the booths so we had anywhere to sit. The mostly young staff was standing around while seats were dirty and people were in line waiting to have orders taken. When I finally got service, "Natasha" took my order with a poker face and wasnt even paying attention when I put my order in the first time, so I had to go through the whole thing a second time. 4 stars for food quality and counter service. 5 stars for a great selection of beers that are dirt cheap (Sculpin for $4??? Crazy in a good way). 2 stars for bar service. Grabbing food to go and wanted a beer while I waited - the only open 3 stools at the bar counter with "reserved" signs -whaaaaa?? Most of their tables in the bar are for 8 people. Singles don't have a lot of options and to take three bar stools out of commission doesn't make sense. ALSO it was the first Charger game of the season. This is not a neighborhood dive bar that caters only to regulars. This is a franchise restaurant and has to treat everyone with the same welcome. I don't love the bar staff. Every time I've been here the same guy is at the bar. He is NOT friendly, and spends a lot of time talking to customers that are clearly his buddies and/or family. Maybe that was why the reserved spots are for? I've also heard him bitching about coworkers or management which is a huge turnoff. I work in the complex, and would love to come here several times a week for dinner. But I also want a beer, and the thought of the unfriendly bar staff makes me head elsewhere.
