One of the hosts/servers took the time to explain each drink. We also tried the flan. It was silky, perfectly set, just sweet enough: 10/10. Once there, we learned that Loma's Latino-owned, and that heritage is subtly celebrated throughout--from their curated Salsa playlist on the high def sound system to their inclusion of Latin American flavors and ingredients in their menu. Oh and one of the details we loved most: there's no big wall of liquor bottles on display like you see in most places. They keep only a few featured spirits visible and tuck everything else away, which gives the whole space a more intimate, upscale, almost homey feel.
