That said, this isn't a place I'd choose strictly for dinner unless the ambiance of lingering cigar smoke is part of the draw (pun intended). In warmer months, the large outdoor deck along the water is a really nice spot. So if you're into cigars or hookah and live in the area, this might be your place too. Given how rare cigar-friendly venues have become, I'm bumping this up to a five-star rating. Tip: Beware of the sidewalks on this street. They have so many peaks and valleys they look like the Swiss Alps!

A very attractive, incredably sweet and attentive hostest. I was surprised they offered discount hookahs from 8-1pm, even on the weekend. We went around 10pm and it was not quite crowed yet, but we were also expecting 6-8 inches of snow. The music was bumpin' but not so loud as you could hold a conversation. The drink prices were reasonable and they offer late night snacks. I deducted a star because our bill did not reflect the menu prices, in which I had asked before placing my order. Management deducted the difference but prices should reflect menu prices. I also deducted a star for a 20% "surcharge", which is forced gratuity... even for a party of two. It's not stated anywhere, I had to ask if it was forced gratuity. We left more than the forced 20% because Sabrina was exceptional. I would recommend asking about specials before hand as well as inspecting your bill. I can see how people over pay/tip. Business practices seem a bit shady but hey, I'm just here for the cheap hookah.

The apps were good too, only wish they put more sauce on the wings. The only con was parking! I thought the parking lot next to them was theirs and was happy to find a spot (i thought was because week days are less busy). If there is a sign that says it private lot i didn't see it; it was at night. The restaurant also didn't mention it until someone came to ask for car to be moved. A different waitress came ro our table to ask if it was our car and told me "you are lucky they came in to ask to move it, they usually just have it towed". They need to warm customers or have signs so that doesn't happen. I had to rush out to move it, had to find street parking few blocks away. Thankfully was a week day and only took few minutes. So if you go, don't park in the lot!
