Wanting to resolve the matter calmly, I spoke with a gentleman who appeared to be closely affiliated with the owner--possibly his son. While I appreciate that decision, the attitude of the front staff, especially the lady at the counter, remained rude and unprofessional! There was no apology--only resistance and continued arguing.
