It is a nice comfortable place to relax and fill up on some good eats. We started with two beers, and we went with the three meat platter with four sides. For the meats we went with Beef Brisket, pulled pork, and the St. Louis Style ribs. For sides we went with the garlic mashed potatoes, and the mac and cheese beans and corn. Staff were friendly and prompt. Meat platter came out and it was all excellent. Ribs were tender and flavourful, with a great smoky flavour. The pulled pork was tasty. However, our favourite was the smoked beef brisket. Tender and flaked with a knife. We enjoyed the mashed potatoes that were creamy and had a hint of garlic in them. Beans were tasty sweetend with molasses. Corn was my favourte side. It is really sweet and had a touch of cream. The only thing that wasn't quite up to par was the mac and cheese. It lacked flavour . All in all a great meal with lots of leftovers. This is a good place to get a nice filling meal, relax, and possible take some home.

first time trying yesterday for a birthday dinner, wanted to try something new for everyone!…read morefood was absolutely amazing! we ordered the steamed dumplings, baekjeong combo for 3 and a few drinks. the marinated meats were easily a fan favorite from everyone! the seasonings were delicious and super flavorful and the meats were super soft and tender. service was spectacular. i personally love that there is a button to push to call for service so you're not being interrupted during your meal. everyone was super friendly and helpful to whatever questions we had. beautiful restaurant. the vibes were fun and cozy as soon as you walked in and the smells from the food being cooked just filled the air. overall, huge fan of this place and everyone even said this was not something they would have ever picked out themselves to do but will for sure be back after going. very happy with this as my birthday dinner choice

There were unlimited refills on the banchan. Service was excellent. There was a button to get the attention of staff. They were quick to respond to our requests for banchan refills. They would stop by frequently to clear finished plates. The food, itself, was quite good. The meat was fresh and some were nicely seasoned. The steamed egg dish was fluffy and went well with rice. We picked the soybean paste soup with tofu, beef brisket and veggies. I enjoyed the saltiness of the soup with rice as well. The dumplings were super crispy and were deep fried perfection. Ambiance was lively as the restaurant was busy. Restaurant was clean including the restrooms. There was plenty of free parking on the plaza. My only complaint is the price of the dumplings. I am too used to Lower Mainland prices that there was a sticker shock at $18.95. Maybe this is the normal in Edmonton?

Just two words: FREAKING AWESOME!…read moreI love Korean food and I have gone to many Korean restaurants. One of my friends who is Korean, recommended this place so we decided to give it a shot. As we entered we noticed a very well designed restaurant with cozy atmosphere! The staff were very nice and friendly which made the experience even better. The food: I have never seen a quality like this! Everything was high quality and delicious! We did not have any leftovers!!! When we were going to leave, they gave us some sort of a small drink that I have no idea what it was but it was very refreshing and delicious! They met all of my expectations from a good restaurant and don't be surprised if you see I become a regular here! I highly recommend this place! :)

Got the strawberry Soju. I loved it, friend did not. Tried the Baekjeong Combo for 2. Steamed egg was sooooo cool. Tasted pretty bland but presentation was 12/10. Stone/container keeps it hot for quite a while too! Tried the only soup that did not say spicy. 10/10 was good. Rice was good. Salad was good - I liked the dressing. Pickled ?daikon was 10/10 so great for cutting through all the meat flavor. Bean sprouts were just okay. Friend liked the sauerkraut but I did not. Broccoli was very nice to grill. Marinated raw Onion was good (better slightly warmed on the grill). Marinated pork was my favorite. Pork belly was good. The super thinly sliced was one was my least favorite. Hard to cook and shrivels up too much. The super thick cuts I also did not like as I found it too chewy but honestly that could just be my cooking skills. Grill was swapped out 3 times during our 1.5hr experience. Ate 100% of everything But only 50% of the egg, and 10% of the bean sprouts (2 very hungry people). Overall what a fun experience. But I like Gyu-Kaku more (Better price for same experience and I like the marinated cheap meats better than the expensive cuts).

Food had to survive 25min drive home. $55 Memphis Feast includes - potato salad, coleslaw, beans, BBQ sauce, fries, 3 slices cornbread Pulled pork was dry but they gave a Huge tub of BBQ sauce as a side. Ribs, rib tips, brisket, and chicken were great. Very moist. Beans were the best. Fries were a little soggy likely from the drive. Cornbread was sadly not to my liking - didn't appear to have any real corn and was more gummy than crumbly. Potato salad was surprisingly good - had a splash of ?mustard that gave it a great tang. Overall good food for a good price if you like meat.
