I'd leave a zero star review if I could, but hey! Went in this place the other day hoping to find a good local spot. Attempted to order a salad but they said they didn't have all the ingredients for it. So I opted for a pesto turkey sub. I waited 25 minutes FOR a sandwich (which btw required no cooking/toasting) when the place was literally empty. I seen four employees two of which literally just stood there in the back the entire time. After almost half an hour I finally got my sandwich and a death stare from the girl who handed it to me. One of the girls seemed rude as hell. Now this sandwich- Bread was old and dry. The sandwich was basically ALL frozen lettuce and half frozen red onion. For not having ingredients for a salad that's for sure what I got. There was a light smear of pesto and one freakin super thin slice of turkey. No provolone as it was described. Definitely wasn't worth the $10.83 and 25 minutes waited. Definitely do not recommend this place and I definitely won't be returning. Wish I had taken a picture to show how ridiculous it looked. read more

Oh, and unlimited complimentary bread sticks when you eat there. I must mention that these bread sticks are freshly made at Enzo's. The dough is made fresh. It's not frozen, it's not pre-made. It's fresh. The heavenly creators crafted their dough to perfection. And yes, that means the pizza dough is also fresh. Excellent flavor all around and fair prices. Buttery cheese garlicky goodness. That's what Enzo's brings. The pizza, the dough, the breadsticks, the wings, everything is delicious. Even customer service is wonderful. Enzo's is home away from home. Also because everyone's loud. Fyi, their AC is busted so be warned don't visit during a scorching afternoon like our group did! The restaurant is divided into two sections, the section we were in was extra hot due to the hot day and no AC. But the other side, where the bar is located, has fans so it's still hot but the ceiling fans make it a little more bearable. If you're dining in, definitely choose the side with the fans. But the food is pretty delicious and flavorful. Our group ordered salad, a pizza, calzone, stramboli, wings, and garlic fries and everything was amazing. They have very generous servings so we had plenty of leftovers to take home. The "large" size calzone and stramboli are served on a pizza tray and is enough for sharing with 3-4 people, depending how much one can eat. Also, when dining in you get complimentary bread sticks. They offer a county employee discount so definitely take advantage if you're a Riverside County employee. read more

Was looking for a place to stop for a sit down meal with the family. Entered the place and there was two people in line ahead of me and we waited.... and waited... and waited. The lady behind the counter was extremely slow , we finally sat down after ordering, we bought 3 drinks just to find out that there was no ice and no tea, we asked the worker if they can change out the bags for drinks and replenish the ice in the ice machine, her reply was "yeah I saw that it wasn't working yesterday. yesterday?? And didn't bother to replace it?? She said sorry and walked away. Another customer told us that they found an ice maker on the other side of the restaurant that was kinda hidden. Anyhow, we waited an hour and a half for our pizza (OMG) after the not so great wait and lack of drinks the pizza was actually really really good! They are served with Bread sticks which are delicious. The pizza was extremely hot that when we took out the slices all of the toppings fell off of it, so we had to wait for it to cool down. If your going to come and grab a bite here. Don't come hungry because you will more that likely wait a very long time. read more

I always love supporting small family owned businesses. I stopped by to grab some lunch here for some friends . I heard great things about this local restaurant. Came in and was warmly welcomed with a smile . I placed an order for a few supreme pizzas & pepperoni with garlic butter crust with hot wings . The representative stated it would be done within 15-30 depending on how many lunch orders were placed prior to my arrival. Since I informed her I would wait in their lobby /dine area she offered me refreshments. That was extremely nice I really appreciate it. After my order was ready she let me know she placed plates etc with my order . Overall, I was just happy I came here customer service was wonderful. When I dropped the pizzas off to have lunch with my friends whom referred me to this wonderful pizza eatery.. everyone ranted how delicious it was ! This place is incredible. We've been going here for years and they even provided the food for my mother's celebration of life. Always been a cut above on flavor and quality. We're hoping last night was a one-off. We ordered their over-the-top pepperoni pizza which we always order well done. We noticed right away the crust was different. The texture and flavor were off. Then we noticed too much spice in the sauce and it was way greasier than normal. But the worst was the pepperoni which makes their pizza better than anyones with its spicy flavorful taste. Last night it had no flavor. Both of us were greatly disappointed. It seemed they were using cheaper ingredients all around from the cheese to the meat. Domino's would have been better. I'm just hoping this place isn't going downhill like so many places just to cut costs. I'll pay premium for premium food. read more

My first impression on Enzo's: 4 stars for flavor, plentiful toppings, and that middle dough where New York meets Chicago. Pizza: The carnivore- was just delicious, and kudos to Enzo's on flavorful Italian sausage. I am a meat/cheese lover so the plentiful meat and cheese was perfect atop a crispy bottomed semi fluffy dough. The sauce moistened the pizza just enough, but not to much and was good. Sausage alfredo- (instead of chicken alfredo) was a perfect combination of garlic, onions, sausage, and an alfredo that is just the right consistency for this pizza. Great job on this pizza...my fav so far. Ambiance: Listen...it's a good ol pizza joint...if you want a relaxed casual stuff your face place...come here. Don't expect a super quiet or romantic time here. It's about the food here. Summary: Better than great pizza at a casual spot for a decent price. The food is okay but the service is crap. We sat for over a half hour before we could even get water from them. We've been here now for almost an hour and a half and have yet to see our food. We have 3 kids and 3 adults. Ordered two pizzas and a pasta so can't even wrap my mind around why it's taking this long. It's not crowded by any stretch of the imagination. I thought I would give this place 1 more try and what a mistake that was. Well the last time I was here they lost my order TWICE and I waited well over an hour for a pretty shitty tasting pizza. So this time I again waited an extra 20 minutes from the time my order was supposed to be ready. Mind you, it was not busy there at all. (Now I know why...shitty service and shitty food.). Couldn't find my order when I first arrived. Then when I finally got it, the pizza had barely any toppings, the pasta was not fully baked because there was a glob of cheese unmelted on the top, and the rest of the order they simply forgot to put in the bag. This place is not the same. The service, the quality have gone waaaay downhill. Now I get to waste my time and gas to drive back down to this shithole to get my money back. Came here on recommendation from several coworkers for lunch. It was definitely "hyped", so you could say I had high expectations. At first look the restaurant is clean and orderly. You order at the bar area then take a seat with your number. I went with a fairly large group, and we ordered separately, one at a time, so we expected the wait for our food to be slightly spaced out. They first brought out the breadsticks, and let me tell you. They were so good. They were essentially pizza crust logs baked and slathered in butter. They look intimidating, but the flavor is great. Our food slowly started coming out, and a good chunk of us ordered the lunch special mini pepperoni pizza. Its definitely a good deal for the amount of food you get. That being said, when I saw the pizza i got a little turned off. There was A LOT of pepperoni, which isn't a bad thing, but that meant there were pools of grease sitting in the little curled up pepperoni. The bottoms of the slices were starting to suck up the grease that was falling off the top of the pizza. Typically, this isn't an issue for me and I just dab the excess grease off with a napkin (yeah, I'm that person), but the damage was done and it just wasn't appealing. A coworker got the italian sausage on his pizza, and that seemed to look okay, and less greasy. That could've been the way to go. The pizza sauce was also a little too salty for my taste. I was just not thrilled with the result. They had other options on their menu that sounded great that I'd be willing to try, but I don't think id come back for the pizza. Now, remember when I said we expected our food to come at different times? Well, they took a little longer than necessary. One coworker asked for some breadsticks without the butter because of her dietary restrictions and they didnt come out until almost everyone was done eating. That same coworker got her food after everyone was done eating, too. The service, while friendly, was just too slow. All in all, this could be a nice neighborhood joint with its avid returning customer, but I was not thoroughly impressed. read more

Did a blood mobile here the other day and the staff treated us with such kindness . They were so great and very helpful . We bought pizza, wing and fries to go and the taste and sizing for everything was so great because it was sharing size.i loved the pizza because it wasn't greasy. It was her first time at Enzo's and she couldn't wait to try the amazing buttery breadsticks she'd been hearing about! I ordered my usual lunch special with Stromboli, beverage and salad. K ordered the same. We both ended up with take out orders for our families. We really enjoyed our time this afternoon talking with the owner. My friend and I had a great time catching up on life's events.. I know that K and her family will become regulars at Enzo's! We picked up a few pies from this place while visiting my sister and brother-in-law who live nearby. Really want to come back and dine in just for the free bread-sticks! Note to self... This place is in a strip-mall...towards the back. Blink and you'll miss it so keep an eye out. There weren't any cars around when we went and it was quite, but I imagine this place gets really packed. We got the SoCal, the BBQ Hawaiian and the Carnivore. Really enjoyed the SoCal - I'm a big pesto and avocado fan and this did not disappoint. The BBQ Hawaiian was also good. Not my favorite, but a solid choice. Really liked the extra sweet sauce on this pizza. Didn't try the carnivore but everyone in the group who had it reported that it was good. Amazing establishment. Impeccable service. The cheese on that pizza is nothing like Pizza Hut, Little Cesar's, Papa John's or your local mom and pop shop. The garlic breadsticks......OMG my mouth is watering again. Enzos Pizza stands alone in my opinion. The wings are SEASONED very well and are a reasonable price as. Modelo on tap and it got changed fresh when I was there, lucky me. To the owner if your going to have Modelo u gotta incorporate Micheladas, come on man it's part of our Hispanic Heritage (Im Blacksican). Up to date decor throughout the entire establishment. The bathroom didn't smell like urine, it felt comfortable enough to take a number 2 but I didn't. The pizza's good - and, hey, if you dine in, they give you free breadsticks! We had a to-go order - no free breadsticks... but that's not what cost Enzo's a star or two - it was the lackluster service and the lack of affordability. Now, I'm expecting tiny Greek dude prices or anything... but things aren't cheap here... and for the size of the pizzas... well, I would expect prices to be a buck or two cheaper. Also, our service was, well, passable. The hone-in process was pretty simple... the pick-up was not impressive. The pizzas weren't ready at the time we were promised them, the person handling our transaction was non-communicative. And acted as though she'd rather be anywhere else. And to top it off, a simple request for cheese and peppers was met with a roll of the eyes and a sigh as the young employee hesitated and then (reluctantly?) parted with the packets. Well we've been coming here since it opened and this place had been through four or five ownerships now... We're here under current management and three of the six beers are out (on a Friday night) and as you're sitting at the bar the sun is raging through the window into your eyes and it's busy but not that busy for the wait... Came in today to try this place out for the first time. Saturday evening, no long wait, seated immediately. Our waiter was very nice and put our order thru right away. I think she was overwhelmed with the amount of people that followed in after us and never came back to our table. I went ahead and decided to approach the counter for a refill on our pitcher since she was busy. This is where my experience went from "hey let's come here every weekend to ew". I approached the counter to ask for a refill and the douche behind the counter who was sitting there on his phone looks up at me and says "what do you want?!" I kid you not. "What do you want?!" Dumbfounded I asked for a pitcher, then he proceeds to annoyingly say "of what?!" And "where are you even sitting?!" I was so in shock I could not remember either. If I could give this place a 0 I would. My Husband and I were there for 15 mins and were shuffled around from bar to the regular seating area the whole time. Once We were ready to order My Husband asked the waitress to order and she actually told Him to order at the bar because they could help Him there even though We just walked from there and they sent Us to her. She rolled her eyes and asked her co worker to help because she didn't want to. What a horrible way to treat customers. This was around 5PM. I hate to say this because Enzo's has always been a favorite of ours. This was our first Dine-In and we were shocked, there were flies everywhere big and small. There was food under the tables. The free breadsticks were cold. There was spider webs along the wall, and on the ENZO'S sign. Our server was nice that's the one star. My plate was dirty and chipped, I ordered a lasagna and it was okay, noodles were under done, but with the constant landing of flies it was just uncomfortable to eat. We also had a pepperoni pizza and straight from the kitchen it was cold! The cheese was so cold the pizza was inedible. The drinks had an off taste and the server was helpful in trying to replace the pizza when we finally got her to come back around to our table. It seems like there is no pride here, it's dirty and uncomfortable with no consideration of how guests would feel. Your customers deserve not to have flies in their food, chipped or dirty plates, they deserve to have clean floors and not spider webs dangling by their face. 0.6/10 would not eat there again. read more
