We ordered for pickup and we were going by an older menu apparently and one of the things we ordered didn't exist anymore. However, instead of saying no or "we don't do that anymore" the cashier spoke to the manager without me even having to ask, and they made us the discontinued item, which I have to say, you need to bring it back lol. Compared to their counterpart down the street, much more impressed with Vianos customer care and quality. Cliff, the owner. I just wanna point out that I never got aggressive, nor raised my voice. There was actually another patron that walked in prior to my leaving and being told that too bad my cinnamon knots weren't cooked tough luck. I would just have to wait. I guess it's OK that your employees used words like fuck very loudly and talked about having sexual relations with one of their friends mothers All the while just making my food when I got there which was 20 minutes after I ordered it had to wait an additional 20 minutes so a total of 40 minutes and did not receive my full order even though I paid for it she asked if I wanted a refund and I said no keep it and please Let the owner know that the workers should be doing a better job. If that is aggressive, my apologies. It is never my intention to make someone cry. I ordered a medium pizza with half pepperoni and sausage and the other half mushrooms and sausage. There was a ton of pepperoni but maybe one or two mushrooms and sausage per slice on the other half. I don't get it. Why not actually put the toppings on the pizza that the person ordered. This is not the first time this has happened here. I've been meaning to try out this place since its original location and finally had the chance to in this new location, replacing what had been a Mediterranean place that I was fond of. The interior is still pretty much the same, which is to say cute but simple vaguely ethnic decor. The food and service were both good although I feel like the portions for the lasagna were way too small. The Brussels sprouts was a decent amount but way too overfried and heavy. Staff is super sweet, kind and helpful. Ambiance is family owned and welcoming and such cute Italian vibes inside. Food is incredible everything on the menu. Best wings ever especially the garlic parm ones, my mommas favorite and they all beat Wing-stop/buffalo wild wings - pro wing places don't sleep on t! Pizza is the best you can get and all homemade. Can order it thin crust or to your liking. Dough freshly made in house daily and you don't feel bloated after eating pizza/ carb which is so nice. Ranch is amazing and homemade for my ranch lovers. I have been coming to Vivanos's Pizza since it was California pizza kitchen. Back then it was takeout only. Just before Covid they moved into the new place with tables and chairs and lots of TVs. It's very noisy. Because, it's Italian, there are a lot of options for vegetarian food. Their pizza is not bad, but their garlic fries are to die for. The staff is relatively friendly, but they do get very busy on Friday and Saturday nights. read more

We really needed a caterer for our baby shower and wanted some Italian food and thankfully vianos pizza was able to accommodate the large amount of guests we had! We wanted 3 different large platters of pasta, a family size salad and a sandwich platter. They not only made some delicious pastas but gave us some additional servings as well, we had more than enough for everyone to have a couple good servings. The lasagna was delicious! The shrimp scampi was my favorite, it was very well seasoned and had a very authentic flavor to it! The sandwiches had everyone coming back though, they were so good! We usually order a pizza and wings every month. Their site does not have a easy to use app order so I have been calling orders in. Tonight I called and too much noise so evvy got the order on pizza wrong. Wanted one of my favorite, cheap pasta places that I used to go to back in college. Back in the day (last year), the prices here were unbeatable, 11$ for pasta and only a couple more to add a protein. A true staple for a broke college student. Upon coming back, I was surprised to see the restaurant empty and after getting settled, I saw one of my worst nightmares... inflation. I don't blame them but ordering a meal that used to be 22$ in total becoming 34$ was slightly disappointing. Thankfully, the taste of this gem didn't change and I was served a hearty portion of chicken parm while my friend ordered a meatball sub. I was very satisfied with the presentation of the meal and I was even hesitant to eat it because of how nice it looked. Nevertheless, I ate the chicken parm passionately as I savored each and every bite. Tried Viano's based on a recommendation, but unfortunately, it was a miss. My Caesar salad was brown--like, clearly-seen-it's-better-days brown. Someone saw it, packed it, and still thought it was okay to serve. I called just to give them a heads-up, and the response? "We can't control the lettuce--and if you don't like it, don't eat here." So... I guess I won't. Service matters, and this place made it clear they're not interested in fixing the small stuff--which usually means bigger problems down the line. read more

Wish I could give this place zero stars. We have ordered here many times and every time we order for delivery there has always been some type of error. We understand that mistakes happen and people are human so that's why we continued to give this place a chance. Saturday we ordered a pizza expecting the hour wait..not a problem. Got our pizza delivered and it had anchovies all over it. This is not what we ordered and the pizza smelled like fish it wasn't an easy just take the anchovies off and eat them type of fix, it was gross. I called and spoke to a girl who told me that it was her fault she pressed the wrong button and mistakenly ordered our pizza with anchovies. I said okay well now it's been an hour and a half we can't leave the house at this point and now we don't have a pizza we can eat. The girl on the phone said it was gross and she wouldn't eat it either. She promised me a new pizza and a refund for the pizza. Ten minutes later we receive a call and we were told that we couldn't get a refund and the pizza so we had to choose one so we said fine just send us back the right pizza. At this point we were stuck and our options were limited. I called back and asked to speak to the manger Steve who I was told was busy and could not speak to me. Steve finally got on the phone initially raising his voice at me and being completely rude to me for no reason. I then asked him why he was raising his voice at me when I wasn't raising mine nor was I cursing at him nor was I being rude. He then said he wasn't cursing at me I said but you're raising your voice at me and I'm calmly letting you know what happened. He then asked me why I had him on the phone for 30 minutes (they called us back) he said you're getting your pizza. I said well we were also told we would get a refund and we received a call back saying we had do choose one. It's now heading into 2 hours and the mistake was not ours. He said you're getting both and hung up on me. The driver gets here and has no idea about the refund just brings us the pizza. I had to call back again and ask what happened to the refund they said they would return it to our card (we paid cash). After more confusion on their part they said they would send me a Zelle. On this last call I heard Steve screaming at the employee I was speaking to "hang up the F'ing phone" . This behavior is unacceptable in front of customers and it's unacceptable and illegal to make someone's work environment hostile. The girl I was on the phone with nervously laughed and then became rude with saying I had to hang up to receive the zelle. I'm not an idiot I know how Zelle works. She would not let me stay on the phone to make sure I received because she was getting yelled and cursed at in the background. I have two adult children who have worked since high school and I've never heard of such disgusting behavior towards employees like I did today. Nobody should be treated or spoken to like that. I saw Cliffs Instagram video about people making mistakes and deserving grace. Cliff you're a hypocrite to ask for respect when your co owner yells at customers who are calm and not yelling and yells and curses at their employees. I didn't deserve to be yelled at for asking to make things right I was calm and not raising my voice at anybody yet I was yelled at for no reason. I didn't make the mistake, you guys did I was just asking you to make it right and we still went back after previous mistakes. Word of caution if your child works here. They are getting yelled at and cursed at. Nobody deserves to work in a hostile work environment and it's disgusting behavior and illegal! Loyal customers who are being respectful do not deserve to be spoken to rudely and yelled at when they are offering respect and courtesy. I would rate Vianos a 3.5 star pizza restaurant. We ordered delivery, it arrived in about 50 minutes, and was about 4 miles away from our location. We ordered 1 large pizza and an 8 pack of buffalo wings. The pizza was good. I would not say great. They went very light with all of the toppings. It was mostly just cheese. But it still tasted good despite being soggy. There were also jalapeños missing on the pizza that I requested. We added bacon, but there was so little amount that we thought they forgot that as well. They also do not include napkins, plates, or red pepper flakes/parm cheese with your order. The wings were very good, it was high quality chicken. Probably the best I've had in a really long time. I would recommend asking for more buffalo sauce because there was only enough sauce to gently coat the wings, I personally don't mind that but I know some people would. They are not messy wings. Overall, for $60, I would not return. read more

Víano's was recommended by my best friend. First order I got burned dry lasagna but calzone was absolutely delicious. So I called they gave me credit for the burnt lasagna. Second order I was craving calzone so ordered same calzone very disappointed dry too doughy practically empty inside, lasagna much better, medium cheese pizza with half pepperoni half bacon (didn't see any bacon) dry & no flavor. Well, it was a nice run. As you can see from the date of our first review, we have been coming here for years. Just recently they hired a new "chef" and he has effectively ruined the menu and raised the prices. I am entirely unsure of why the owners felt there was need for change but I hope it goes well for them. Unfortunately for us, we want the old vianos and recipes back. We are even semi ok with the higher prices but the change in recipes was not an improvement so we won't be going back. read more

I love the Mama's special pizza & my husband loves the Everything But Anchovies pizza. Also we are addicted to the lasagna! The employees are always polite, professional & friendly. My family and I just visited Viano's yesterday after our baseball game. For appetizers we ordered the mozzarella sticks (so good) and the bread sticks. The bread was soft, warm and chewy and came with a garlic alfredo sauce and a side of marinara sauce. My hubby and son each ordered a calzone, it was a big portion, they could have easily shared one. My daughter loves spaghetti so she ordered that and said it was yummy. I ordered the Spicy Caruso rigatoni and it was delicious!!!! I had everyone take a bite and they all loved it. We had been looking for a new place for pizza and recently ran into Vianos pizza in Woodcrest. When arriving, the restaurant was pretty full and a bit confusing on whether to sit or go order, either way, the pizza and salad was the amazing!! The pizza came out sizzling hot which I appreciated, and the salad was fresh and tasty. The servers were quick and attentive. They have several television that make it great to watch a game. Let's start that we have always ordered food from Vianos for years. Over the years the service and food have changed. The management/staff are horrible. Last night was the kicker. I figured it might be busy due to Sunday night food ball so I ordered early (3:49 pm) was giving a delivery time of 45-50 mins. As a side note it took 3 times for the girl to get my name and address correct. After one hour I called to see where our order was. Was advised it was just coming out of the oven and should be sent soon. 30 mins later still no order Called again male employee maybe owner/manager answered. Once again I asked where is my order. After a brief hold he said my name which was incorrect when I corrected him he barked back"that's what we have in our system". Ok so where is my order. He now says maybe 10 mins. When I questioned the late delivery he HUNG UP on me. WTH. And guess what when pizza was delivered it was cold. I like supporting local businesses but 1:50 for a pizza is not acceptable even if it was hot. The rudeness of this person has been commented on before. We are done. read more
