Could not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Ordered my pizza online via their website/Slice app at 6:18 - received an auto text message saying pickup window was between 6:37-6:52. Sent the hubby over to pick up around 6:45, and it is just shy of 7:30 and he is still not back. I call him and he is still there waiting and the employee said there are still two orders in front of ours. Absolutely wild. Trying to support our local businesses instead of chains, even having grace in allowing for a little time discrepancy, but this is ridiculous. Please have the integrity to put realistic time expectations on orders so that customers can make an educated decision if it is going to meet their needs. read more

Went on a late Tuesday afternoon. Not a lot of people inside but I saw quite a few people picking up their call in orders. My aunt ordered a veggie calzone, I got the meatball sub and we shared the garlic fries. Everything came out hot and tasted fresh. Nothing tasted old or bland. Be warned the portions are huge!! The calzone was like a whole pizza folded in half!! I think 3 people could eat it. The crust of the calzone was straight perfection. You could see it had been buttered and then seasoned before baking. I could eat just that crust! The meatballs in the sub were gigantic and there was I believe 5 total. They really don't skimp. The fries were probably my favorite. I could have ate the whole bowl! Hot, crispy, and bursting with flavor. No soggy stale potatoes here. They weren't greasy and didn't taste of old grease either. I have been ordering delivery from Viannos for about 2 months. Quite regularly since they deliver! I decided to place a Large order last Saturday. I got 10 XL pizzas and 10 Subs, I asked them to cut them in 4 and they did. The food was delivered on time and my order was exact! I've eaten here a few times now. Hands down, the pizza is the best I've had in a long time, maybe ever. There's a lot of pizza's going out the front door for delivery and take out which probably explains why the kitchen can be a bit slow at times if you're dining in. I've also sampled the lasagna and found it to be delicious. The fettuccini alfredo and baked mostaccioli were also very good. All portions on the generous side. The chicken marsala was pretty good but the menu said "chicken breast" and I got some dark meat chicken. I've also sampled a couple sandwiches. I'd skip the Italian. It was a bit on the dry side. I would have liked more lettuce, tomato and dressing. The turkey sandwich is much better. The sandwich felt heavy when I first picked it up because it had so much meat in it. I found it a bit unusual that it was served warm because it had lettuce and tomato but served warm made the bread nice and crusty on the outside and it was still very good. OMG! My boyfriend and I tried this pizza place for the first time today. From first step in the door, we were greeting with a welcoming smile by the owner Cliff. Our server Brooke was so sweet and courteous with a professional manor. Now for the pizza. Holy crud! The pizzas were cooked to perfection with my favorite type of crust; puffy and buttery! OMG...Went to Viano's for lunch for the first time. Had their Spicy Rigatoni and it was by far, the BEST I've ever had. Soooo delicious and priced just right...$11.99. Was going to try their homemade Cannoli, but they only had large ones available and I wanted a mini. After getting our check, the waitress gave us each a large cannoli to take home for FREE! That's what I call excellent customer service. It's a small place but packs a huge punch!! The owner reached out to me to try and make things right. Boy did he ever deliver. Now we are spoiled bc the owner definitely knows how to make a perfect pizza. This time the thin crust pizza was perfectly crunchy with a soft interior. It was not burned like many thin crusts can be. The toppings were perfect this time. We could taste and appreciate the cheese and tomatoes without the overpowering flavor of garlic (which should not have been there in the first place). I probably would have put more basil but that is just my preference. My husband was happy with his slices. The garlic fries were tasty and crunchy and the container was full. We've come here a few times as a family to enjoy pizza but unfortunately the customer service has us considering other options. The pizza is usually fresh and tasty, but on our latest trip we ordered a specialty pizza and received something entirely different. When I brought up the mistake to the girl at the counter, she said "well I entered what you ordered". So not the best start to correcting the problem. But let's keep trying right? I brought her over to look at what she dropped off at the table and sure enough it's not what we ordered. She said "look, I don't make the pizzas, I just bring them out". Wow! This girl is special. I said well, how should we fix this, hoping she would just take it away and have the kitchen cook what we ordered. I really thought that this must be a mixup with another customer so hoped she might try to get out in front of having a second group disappointed that they got the wrong food. But nope, she couldn't care less. I'm not sure if she was embarrassed or what, but clearly has no idea how to solve this very simple problem. She did offer to take it in back and sprinkle on the ingredients for the pizza that we actually ordered. Hahaha. That's cute. We just ate the pizza that was brought out to us. First time I've had a bad experience here at Viano's Pizza woodcrest since they first opened over 8 years ago. They have lost my business. After ordering two pizzas the exact same way I only received one at delivery. The girl who took my order only put in for one pizza rather than two, never repeating the order back to me. Had she repeated the order back to me I would have caught the error. On delivery we realized there was a mistake. I called the store back and the girl said that she was sorry and could get another one out in 30 minutes which by that time would be almost 8:45 PM. I figured that since it was the girl who took the orders mistake that they were going to comp the pizza and deliver it. After their mistake they said that they still were going to charge me. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager was extremely rude and said "you didn't notice that it was under $25 with all those toppings on the pizzas", assuming I would know prices. He was completely disrespectful and had horrible customer service for being a manager of what used to be a great establishment. We have been going to this place for years since they opened next to the 7-Eleven and now next to Starbucks. I'm extremely disappointed in the care they have for a long time customer. My mother called Viano's after hearing what was happening and spoke with the same manager. She was so upset with how they talked to me. The manager told her that he gets people that order and want free pizza all the time. My mother then told him that it is not good business ethics or practice assuming all your customers are bad and out to get free stuff. Before she hung up with him she said I have one favor for you and it's to look up our phone numbers and look at our order history before assuming because we have only brought positive business to them, not only us but our friends and family in the area.
